The Consent Pod

So, to start off, I have no computer skills and don’t really understand technology – but I’ve had an idea for a while that someone with the right practical knowledge and start up capital could start developing.

It would be called ‘The Consent Pod’

Basically, the size of an IPod and with the ability to sync information with other Consent Pods like the Microsoft Zune did with music.

I envision a world where false rape allegations cease to exist.

Men and women would each have their own Consent Pod, and upon meeting and deciding that they were going to have sex (f~~~). They would sync their Consent Pods up and:

The woman would be required to enter a 10 digit PIN into her Consent Pod initiating the sync process and consenting to having sex with the guy that she linked her Consent Pod up to.

A list of accepted acts would be transmitted to the guys Consent Pod, listing what things she is okay with and what things she does not want to do. To include but not limited to: anal, facials, choking, etc and he would receive confirmation via his Consent Pod that he had orifice clearance.

Now, the chicks Consent Pod would also simultaneously relay a signal, that included the serial number of the guy’s Consent Pod to the local prosecuting attorney’s office and it would be stored in a cloud file that would only be accessed in the event of a false rape accusation and could be used by a defense attorney to confirm that the sexual experience was consensual with the guy whose Consent Pod was synced to the slut that wanted to get drilled.

Consent Pods could also have relevant information on them, like the date and results of a recent STD test, etc.

I just think it’s time that technology catch up to human being’s sexual behavior and if implemented correctly could prevent a lot of false rape accusations.

I’m agreeing with DeepInThought. It’s simpler. Had me chuckling however. The government could charge you a sex tax. X $$ for a hand job, X $$ for a blow job. etc. The higher the base number the more money they can squeeze out of you. They could then give the woman a cut because, emotionally, she was almost raped, really. Her cut would increase with bases surpassed. Kinda of like that f~~~ing list for anniversaries. My sarcasm is rearing it’s head.

It’s a good idea, but I don’t think you’ll ever get women to use them.  Women are never going to willingly give up the power to ruin men on a whim.  They’re already pushing to make using webcams to record sex illegal because men are using them to fight false “rape by reconsideration” charges.

It is in interesting idea, but like others said women will still cry rape and make excuses up. Even in the Duke Lacrosse case there was video evidence of one guy at the ATM during the time of the accused rape and the feminists didn’t think that was good enough. There was proof there wasn’t a party at the frat house the night Jackie said she was gang raped and feminists still side with her. You have a good idea, but if you were to make it the first thing from feminists mouths will be “don’t make a device for consent, teach men not to rape” lol.

They’d still be able to pull out some bs about her “being scared”, and you “forcing her to type the code”, and that’d still be “rape” if Mrs. C~~~yface decided to put you in jail because she regrets it the day after. If you want to bother going all through this process to put your dong in a wet hole, go ahead, but I won’t.

There have been numerous recent cases of men being freed from sexual assault charges and no cases I know of where a man was convicted by his own recording equipment.

It seems from the cases that bedroom cams or phone-cams are being used to let a jury see the truth and men are exonerated of sexual assault charges. Sometimes even before they are firmly laid.

Man Exonerated from Sexual Abuse Charges

Tracy Douglas Talbot, age 41, of Collinsville, who was charged and arrested late last year for one count of Taking Indecent Liberties with a Child and one count of Aggravated Sexual Battery, had the charges dismissed by Judge David Williams during a trial in Henry County Circuit Court on Wednesday.

Talbot was represented by Martinsville attorney Phillip Gardner, who – despite suffering from a physical ailment early Tuesday morning and into Wednesday – put forth a defense including photos, video, and eyewitness testimony on behalf of the defendant. There have been many cases. In my search it was mainly cops exonerated by body cams. Very interesting. Everyone involved in this like schools are putting up video equipment.

If I were a young man I would cautiously consider putting up something to keep as evidence should any false accusations occur.

btw: I’ve had the cops called on my twice for p~~~ing off women. Since literally nothing had happened, not even a verbal argument, the police left. Believe me, it happens a lot more than you think.
