Until the science is in, then the answer is ‘yes’.
What about all the men who suffer from Alzheimer’s? Surely they are not all ingesting sperm.
Diseases can tailor their consequence depending on the gender. For example, Australian researches found and developed a vaccine for cervical cancer. They found the human HPV virus, (a strain of genital warts) was a major cause for cervical cancer. The vaccine, now given to every young girl/woman (12/13?) has seen a major decrease in the instances of this virus and subsequent cancer. I believe that boys may even be vaccinated for this now (more info please).
I remember reading one ‘report’ (maybe just 90’s version of click bait’) of relationship between male sexual promiscuity and instances of (from memory) throat (or similar) cancer, possibly caused by aforementioned HPV virus or something similar.
Don’t forget we are all animals and generally if something kills a male, the same will kill a female.
