Answer: The man.

Why: only a man can be held responsible and accountable.

A woman is the equivalent of a child. A child is not held accountable.

A man is the ruler of his life. No one forces him to marry. No one forces him to buy a house. No one forces him to buy two cars. No one forces him to go into debt.

A man is responsible. If he cannot control crazy, he should not agree to marry crazy.

That is why my father said that the key is cruelty. Your level of cruelty must rise to meet crazy. If you don’t have the force of being a man inside you, then you will fail.

Most of us are boys playing at being a man.

Everything in a marriage is the man’s responsibility. If he cannot put his foot down and say no, who’s fault is it?

Marriage is not about happiness ever after.

If you are not prepared to be a man then you should not enter the arena of marriage.

That’s exactly what happened to me. I was fed a whole bunch of bulls~~~ about how I have to please my wife by letting her have her way in everything, and to “lead” by being a servant, and to “respect” her by not protecting her and correcting her when she acted foolish.

Result?

I set myself up for a giant s~~~ test, and I failed.

She left me shortly afterwards.

All because I was trying my damndest to respect her and treat her like a grown human being.

My father explained to me that abuse was cruelty over a long length of time.

Behavioral modification is an immediate level of cruelty sufficient to align crazy.

Man rules when dealing with your wife or children:
1. Start off as you intend to go.
2. Put the fear of death into them as soon as possible.

For my father, fear of death was winter starvation. My mother saw my father working his ass off getting provisions. So, she worked her ass off.

He took zero s~~~ off of her. He was the captain off his ship and he made sure that the ship was sinking or could at any moment. He told me the key was to keep the water level up to her neck. A wife struggling to swim doesn’t have the time to f~~~ the milk man, post man, repair man, etc.

At the time, I thought he was being cruel. Now I get it. He loved his wife and children.

A lazy wife is bad.
A wife with nothing to do is bad.
A wife that has time to think about how to mettle in other people’s lives is bad.

Your family is your business.

Why do they have a tv?
Why do they have a computer?
Why do they have a smart phone?
Why so they have a car?
Why do they have a house?
Why do they have diamonds and trinkets?
Why do they have choice?
Why do they have 1.5 children?

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities.
