I might take a risk here but I am not going to talk about the female students but the feminizing of male students. We have small buses (24 passenger) that take students anywhere and large buses that have set routs. The company policy is that if a student is on a larger, main bus route and going on that route, they need to get on that bus. The small buses are already overwhelmed taking students everywhere. Doing otherwise is abusing the system and those driving the smaller buses shouldn’t give students that ride. The small buses are already overwhelmed with calls on I-Pads going everywhere not on main routs. These are tight roads no large but can do.

Enter this male student who kept making me (while driving the small bus) give him a ride along a large, main bus route. I gave him that ride anyway but got chewed out for it the fourth time it happened. So the 5th time, I radioed it in and it just happened I seen the large bus coming up behind me. The dispatcher told me to tell the male student to transfer to the large bus going his way. He got upset and called the company saying I had been rude and disrespectful and should be fired. I was called in on my day off under his charge, sometimes the best way to get into trouble is doing what you are told. Fortunately, we have multiple cameras with audio on our buses and the event was recorded. After my chief boss watched it, he sighed and said I did nothing wrong and that the male student was abusing the system. However, it still went on my record because he was offended. He told me that from then on, give him that ride and let others not on a main route wait (on weekend nights, that might take an hour).

I think this is an example of how young men are being feminized. No one gives a damn about others anymore and they sure don’t give a damn about others doing their job. They only care about their “feelings” and about how they are “offended”. Not all millennials are like this by any means but this will be their legacy, fair or not. As Clint Eastwood said in an interview: “This is the pussy generation. We are all walking on eggshells hoping we will not offend them”. The system has created males to be females and I don’t know how to make them males again.
