I went 6 years monk mode and then I started paying for sex once a month. There is something to be said for having the physical presence of a woman in my life. What it is that is improved I cannot put my finger on but I continue to make dates and pay for sex so I must be getting something out of it. Just the soft feel of female skin is special enough to justify having it occasionally. If it’s cheap enough.

The term incel came from reddit due to guys overestimating the value of women over themselves, which frankly sounds like a new way of saying loser to a guy who can’t get laid, even though you can easily get sex on tinder or just hire a hooker.
