I dont keep up with any of this. I dont even know the whole story or whose investigating who… or wtf a senate hearing is or whatever…

All I know is that I try to listen to talk radio or catch the 6 o’clock weather and this is all you hear…. this deuchbag cussing the President.

They try to say, “The American people deserve to hear him speak.” Ya okay, a guy who is serving 3 years for lying under oath already, we’re supposed to give a s~~~ what he has to say? LOL What a s~~~show.

Democrats are so f~~~ed in 2020. Trump won HANDILY last time. He had states to spare! This time it will be Flawless Victory. The only states going Blue really aren’t American anyway, just mini-domestic-foreign nations like New York and San FranFreako. etc… lol

I don’t think anyone can really keep up. It’s all political theatre. The reality is that this guy is a lying asshole and so is Trump. So are all the other politicians, they are just a different flavor is all. The way I see it, there are two things to look for.

    – Where is the actual proof? We keep hearing accusations tainted with “probably”, “in my opinion”, “I think”, “my truth”…which should all just be ignored. The media knows that if they throw enough of this at you, the sheep will believe anyting, particular when it fits what they want to believe. App bullcrap.

    – The other is to look at the actual results and performance. The left can spin till they’re dizzy, but the facts don’t like. That Trump asshole is getting some s~~~ done.

So I’d much rather have this asshole in office than Pence and whatever other asshole comes in after.

    Ok. Then do it.

Straight up man. It really is like something you’d see in a movie or TV. Pure acting and posturing. A bunch of jerk-offs.

I wish there was a legit way to p~~~ test them and fire some. The other thing is, I wish we had an intelligence test… where if you couldnt pass it, sorry you cant serve in the Senate or whatever…

There is no way that AOC has an IQ north of 100, no way bro.

Lemme see… Cohen is a convicted liar going to prison with a serious resentment. Being goaded by the President’s bitter rivals, he says Trump isn’t a nice guy. Is anyone surprised and are unsupported claims proof of anything?

The guy is going to jail for confessing to perjury by lying to congress, with rumor being he is still facing worse charges if he did not become the deep state stooge.

So, what happening to day when he went before congress again. A lot of accusations with no evidence, likely a few more likely acts of perjury, and at least one admission to committing a crime:

WATCH: Rep. Mark Meadows Refers Michael Cohen For Criminal Investigation For Violating Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA)

This is the chief witness for the democrats against President Trump. This is not going to go very far. But, it is doing the job of giving the media something to talk about that is not President Trump historic talks in Vietnam with the leader of North Korea.

Its all bulls~~~. All these politicians could be done for something. You don’t get to the top by being a nice guy.

Remember Bill Clinton raped people. Went to private islands with other rapists. All of this was well known and kept hushed by the media. The Bush family was involved in all sorts of shady activity. None of it was ever brought up by the media.

Trump gets in and the media has him under a f~~~ing microscope trying to find any little thing they can.

They want to investigate criminal conspiracy? Then find out how many of these politicians are taking pay offs from Drug Cartels. I want to know, who is getting paid off to keep the borders wide open? Now that is an investigation that would hit pay dirt pretty quick.

Round up every lawyer, investment banker, lobbyist, politician and judge, line them up against a huge wall, and mow them down with a 30-caliber mini-gun.

THAT is the wall that we should be building.

The entire social class that we draw our leadership from should probably be genocided. They are corrupt parasites, a cancer to real Americans specifically and to the world in general.

The Constitution isn’t the problem; the problem are the people infesting the public offices that are doing everything in their power to undermine the real “law of the land”.

Get rid of the scum social class, and then hold elections to elect the middle class to office. Also vote for term limits. Get rid of politics being a career.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. I was talking about Cohen this morning with another tax guy here in the office. Here’s an example of something I do know about that was completely wrong in the testimony.

AOC was asking questions to Cohen about Trump inflating the values of his properties when he his talking about his net worth, but deflating the values when it came to his taxes. And Cohen basically says yes that’s what happens. You go to the taxing authority and give them a deflated number and negotiate it but you give a higher number on the financials. So then AOC says that we need to see Trump’s tax returns so we can figure it out and Cohen agrees with her.

OK, let’s talk for a minute. The taxes they are talking about are local property taxes. And yes, if you think the assessed value is too high you can go fight the assessment. And the county can either agree with you, negotiate a number in between, or see you in court. But eventually you will get a number for your assessment. Now, that doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the property, which is what you would disclose on a financial disclosure form, and the property would be disclosed at cost less depreciation on a financial statement. So, three different objectives, three different values. That’s why there’s different words for assessed value, FMV, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principle values.

But here’s the biggest question I have. How is his federal tax return going to show you anything about the negotiations on his property taxes? One is a national income tax, and the other is a property value tax at the county level. They don’t have anything to do with each other besides the fact that the property taxes get deducted on the income tax return.

Neither of them is smart enough to know what they are talking about. Ask a dumb f~~~er a dumb f~~~ing question and you get a dumb f~~~ing answer. BUT, it was the answer they were looking for, which is we need to see the tax returns.

At one point Cohen even said that Trump doesn’t want his tax returns out there because he doesn’t want a bunch of tax professionals pouring over them and interpreting them. And he is right: I could probably figure a few things out, but I couldn’t make any honest assessments without seeing the underlying financial information. But Cohen said he believes it’s because he thinks Trump is afraid they those tax people would find underpayments on his taxes and that he could be subject to an audit and paying penalties. I disagree. I think it’s because Trump knows that some of the those people would have a political agenda and misinterpret the information on the returns.

    And he would be right.

It’s all planted smoke. They want dogs sniffing around Trumps b~~~~ to make him look guilty.

I see right through it since day one. If the f~~~er was dirty, he’d of nevver lasted 40 years in international business, hollywood etc… If he was smoky, they’d of revealed the fire in the campaign they tried desperately to sabotage.

What do we know about Trump? Everything, he’s clean! They vetted and fleeced him vigorously and came up with s~~~. They’re so frustrated that Trump is a normal old white guy that they will stop at nothing to keep planting smoke around him to make him look suspect. Its so immature and gay at this point, after two straight years of wild accusations.

Trump is going to win so easy in 2020. I almost feel bad for all DOPES that are wasting millions trying to run against him. A bunch of democrat rats jumping over themselves to be next Loser. LOL

I completely get the point regarding assessment for property tax purposes and how that can be a different figure. Anyone who owns property in a property tax state who’s remotely paying attention knows this. I’m pretty sure AOC has never owned property, so I guess it’s understandable that she doesn’t know this, however, she was an economics major that should have learned some basic taxes as a minor subject at least. Regardless, she clearly shouldn’t be talking about things she don’t understand.

And I get FMV for the purpose of selling property. I don’t quite get why GAAP applies to an individual in any way. Then again, I’ve never owned a business so I suppose it makes sense regarding how you calculate income/loss on property on taxes, and perhaps when applying for loans.

But here’s the biggest question I have. How is his federal tax return going to show you anything about the negotiations on his property taxes? One is a national income tax, and the other is a property value tax at the county level. They don’t have anything to do with each other besides the fact that the property taxes get deducted on the income tax return.

Yep. The local taxing authority is never going to look at your income tax records to determine how much property you pay. A real estate agent is never going to to refer to the County tax records (or your income tax) when recommending a sale price to a client.

But Cohen said he believes it’s because he thinks Trump is afraid they those tax people would find underpayments on his taxes and that he could be subject to an audit and paying penalties. I disagree.

This is a nonsensical statement. The IRS does audits, regularly on Trump apparently, to ensure he’s paying taxes appropriately. There is no need for some outside tax people to do the IRS job.

I think it’s because Trump knows that some of the those people would have a political agenda and misinterpret the information on the returns.

    And he would be right.

    100% correct.

But again, there is no reason for any US citizen to request that he pay more property taxes because he knows his property has a higher value than stated. No law says that you cannot state property value above what the government says it’s worth.

    Ok. Then do it.

That’s exactly right. If you are a large company and want to get a loan from a bank, you have to provide them with GAAP financial statements. But I really only brought it up to point out that the “value” the property has is completely dependent on the purpose you are providing it for. Property taxes are based on assessed value, GAAP financials are cost less depreciation, and determining what you are “worth” would be FMV. For insurance purposes it’s probably replacement cost, so there’s another one. Four purposes, four values.

Cohen has lived with Mueller for a year+ going into every little aspect of his life. Like Flynn did not break until Mueller went after his family. Even then as pointed out, no crime no evidence.

Democrats are so f~~~ed in 2020. Trump won HANDILY last time. He had states to spare! This time it will be Flawless Victory

This is bulls~~~ depending on who wins the Democratic Primary. Could Trump win against Cory Booker or Kamala harris? yes but if you get Bernie Sanders past the primaries then Trump does have a real challenge on his hands one where he can lose and even if Trump wins it is not a repeat of 1984 or 1936 (election asswhoopings).

The only states going Blue really aren’t American anyway, just mini-domestic-foreign nations like New York and San FranFreako. etc… lol

Which means you leave out blue State Conservatives (which do exist) and that you tolerate People who have voted for evil Democrats that they turned to daddy Trump in 2016 (like Ohio which voted for Obama twice).

If the f~~~er was dirty, he’d of nevver lasted 40 years in international business, hollywood etc… If he was smoky, they’d of revealed the fire in the campaign they tried desperately to sabotage.

Which means you are completely blind when it comes those issues, Business has always been full of corruption and dirty deeds whether it be tax evasion, fraud, dirty practices etc and my favorite modern example of that is how Walmart and other Companies use near Slave labor in producing products for cheaper then in the Untied States often times involving Children something which Big Business is completely fine with.

And when it comes to Hollywood you also forget the amount of accused rapes, Child molestations and even supposed Human sacrifices that come from there and even other Men with views like yours on this board push these (some of which are valid others are bulls~~~ like the valid points are Child Actors tend to get touched and Hollywood stays silent unless they are forced to take action).

Just an east coast asshole who likes to curse, If you get offended by words like fuck, cunt, shit, piss, bitch or any racial slurs then you just scroll down.

I just can’t figure out the lefts obsession with what Trump’s net worth is. Honestly who the f~~~ cares. If he’s worth 2 billion or 20 billion, it changes absolutely nothing. In fact I’d even go as far as to say at this point Trump will do everything in his power to keep his tax returns private not because he has anything to hide(as he’s obviously already been audited by the IRS) but because of how butt hurt the left is over them. He’s just letting them troll themselves like the idiots they are while he enjoys the show.

So the left is still demanding his tax returns?
Didn’t the IRS disprove this B.S and actually show that President Trump paid MORE taxes than required already?

Honestly, once the “complaint/allegation” of tax fraud/evasion is made, the IRS (or any nations/state tax collection agency for that matter) would do an initial investigation looking for proof to substantiate said allegation.
No proof = No charges or legal action, nor further action is required.
No Proof = False allegations, harassment, intimidation, defamation, and once in print it is slander and LIABLE.
No Proof yet continuing to follow this line of action/attack is actually PERSECUTION.

Jesus f~~~ing Christ people, look at the context, look at all the “players”, and who gains what from this crap. Joe and/or Jane Q Public of any western nation gains nothing but more grief.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it
