I’d be careful. If you treat her like s~~~, there might be 20, 30 or more thai people that suddenly have a problem with you.

Buying things and putting it in your gf’s name is just being cheap and stupid. Get a lawyer and open a corporation that will own the property. The corporation will have to be 51% Thai owned. You own 49%. You get 4 or 5 Thai friends who don’t know each other to share the 51%. Now you can buy land, houses, whatever you want and not have to worry about p~~~ing off your gf. Yeah it costs more but worth it.
