I’ve been reading a lot lately about test levels and their decline both as men grow older and the more recent decline as America has pushed more and more processed foods. I’ve been looking for it for a while, but I read a story a while back about how older men (50+) lose muscle and gain fat at an almost equal ratio if they aren’t regularly incorporating weight training, which is why you see a lot of guys saying they’re the same weight they’ve been for years getting progressively fatter. Additionally, young men (18-25) today have far less testosterone than their counterparts in previous decades; a reason I believe being a mangina/blue piller has been taking off so much in young guys. I was curious what you guys thought about testosterone therapy becoming a part of our future: Will it ever take off? Should it? Is there a place for it?

Stress and things like plastics is lower our testosterone.  Fasting, managing stress, eating healthy and lifting weight is the key.

There are legal supplements that are said to boost testosterone. I hear them advertised on the radio from time to time but haven’t tried any.

The plastics thing is a serious problem. I’ve seen research proving many plastics are closely related to estrogen, and these are getting into our food and water. The very containers food and water come in are sometimes made of these testosterone killers. It is even affecting fish and wildlife.

Another source of lowered testosterone is letting yourself get bossed around by women, and this is also research proven. Men who think for themselves and have a sense that they are in control of their own lives have significantly higher testosterone than the usual sheepeople we meet these days.

Social standing does affect testosterone levels.

Extremely strenuous activity increases testosterone.  You’ll witness this after you put yourself through a one and one half hour max, strenuous/painful workout.  Not only will you have dynorphins in the blodstream but increased testosterone as well. This, IMO will cause somewhat of a bulletproof attitude toward women’s crap. Not drunk and without your edge, but feeling no pain and assertive. They say some dips~~~ s~~~ test stuff and you just ‘look’ and they know that they just f~~~ed up. All the unmeasurable aura crap’ll be stacked in your favor…don’t overplay this hand, but do enjoy it when it occurs – MGTOW!

    Adding more bro-science I’ve absorbed:

Freezing cold showers (or contrast showers, hot for one half then cold the other) boosts T and strengthens your immune and nervous systems.

When lifting, shorter resting periods increases T relative to longer resting periods. If you’re ever going through a tough set and feel like, man I’d like an extra minute of rest before this next set, don’t, that encourages your body to catabolize for energy. Keep it short and just fail if you fail.

Low-intensity cardio increases estrogen and lowers T. High intensity interval training is the best kind of cardio to keep test high.

Submissive/protective/defeatist posture decreases T. Practice power postures.

Testosterone Therapy: The Future?     A male’s testosterone level is highest at eight AM.   Laydeez’s does thirty minute cycles. So if she’s not, “in the mood” try again later.  ((This combined with yes means no, no yes no gives migraines))
