I know how to get hold of ‘cheating’ supplements.

My question is can I go to my local clinic sit down with doctor and tell him some B.S. about low sex drive lack of energy etc… and get testosterone legally? I already weightlift.. about the intermediate training.. But I want to go further.. I want to see what this body can do. Have any of you tried testosterone, or steroids? What was it like? Do you regret it? Lol I don’t give a s~~~ about a small penis if that’s true I’m done with women alltogeather

Are you weightlifting primarily to boost your strength or to sculpt?

Im the lean guy!.. Well, scawny! Hah

I took Stealths advice and started eating eggs again.
Huge rise in T. But your probably already doing that.

Ive been reading on it latley.

Fast twich muscle fibers get bigger easily.

Slow twith fiber will create smaller muscle.

Think of the differsce between a long distance runner and a sprint runner.

If your want to go leaner train for endurenc. Endurence muscles are smaller.
    Like a bicycle racer.

Try more reps with lighter weights.

( you probaly know this stuff already.)

I had a roomate once who was lean like me. He want to be built like you. He worked and worked and looked great. But still a lean guy.
Were kinda stuck with what were born with.

He was takeing roids. He got all wigged out. One day he fteaked out over nothing and started throwing punches at me. Were freinds so I just coverd up.
Then he felt bad and opolgized.

Also if you take testosterone shots, your body will stop produceing it.Nothing is for free.

Go lower on carb intake. Increase protien.
This will make you dehydrated so increase water intake.

Im sure you know this stuff allready.

Avoid steroids at all costs. Your body will stop producing testosterone and there’s violent moods swings and depression.

Ashwagandha increases testosterone levels naturally, as does ginger. Olives/olive oil helps convert cholesterol into testosterone so take either along with your eggs.

PS. No reputable doctor will assist you in taking steroids and you’d only be prescribed testosterone replacement therapy if your T-levels are abnormally low.

At 28, and active physically, I’d be shocked if any Dr would prescribe you testosterone. You probably have plenty, and taking additional would change your personality in ways that you probably wouldn’t like.

I’m not an expert, but I would agree that if you want to go from bulk to lean, then you need to reduce your calorie intake, while increasing metabolism if possible. If you’re willing to lose strength, then do higher reps with lower weights. Cardio stuff will help, but if you don’t really care about your cardio conditioning, you can get there faster by reducing calorie intake.

Also, I would look into the suppliments your taking, to see if any of these are adding bulk. For example, creatine will cause the body to retain water. If you’re taking that and stop, I wouldn’t be surprised if you drop 5 lbs in a month from that alone.

    Ok. Then do it.

You’re too young and don’t need testosterone as far as being able to get it legally. I can get it at an anti-aging clinic as part of testosterone replacement therapy but I’m 46.

If you’re want to really looked jacked and be strong then you’re getting into the realm of Gear. While not legal I’ve known many body builders who do it safely and knowledgeably but the key is you have to know what you’re doing. I suggest you seek out that knowledge on specialized forums (they exist-check Reddit) and real life.

WARNING: DO NOT he some gear and just go off half c~~~ed without knowing what you are doing.

Things you should consider before taking Testosterone:
Once you start taking it, your body stops producing it. Take it long enough and your body will never start producing it again, so you are on it for life at that point.

It causes cell growth, both healthy muscle tissue and cancer cells. You may be literally feeding cancer.

I’m sorry but this is just inaccurate. There is a LOT of false information out there about TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). Get this book.

About hormones, well, the best thing that you can do is to go to a specialized doctor, an endocrinologist (where I live MD specialized in sports can also prescribe steroids) and say the truth, you want to get better at your sport.

No B.S, because the default dosage for low libido is far less than the dosage that you will take, the drugs are different (not only one source of testosterone, but several), and you will not take it forever, you will cycle it.

By cycle I mean, you will take the drugs, control all the colateral effects, and after your cycle (3-6 months, depends on your doctor directions), you will do the PCT (Post Cycle Therapy), then your body will be stronger and better than before the cycle, with no colateral damage or hormone imbalance.

The only collateral that you may not like, is a strong increase in the libido, and how much you will start thinking with your dick, be aware of that and good luck brother !
