When I see this I shake my head and wonder at the naivety of these people.

If this becomes a “social” movement these people fail to realize that the beast they want to starve will lash out and simply change the game so they cannot hide or rebel easily.

The government and bankers are wholeheartedly in lockstep on making physical currency obsolete.

Now, as a proponent of technology, blockchain and certain forms of electronic cash make logical sense. I have been using PayPal and Bitcoin for years. Its a convenience. Bitcoin I use for purchases where I want a degree of anonymity.

That being said, moving to a wholly physical cash free society would mean that you would lose all anonymity in any purchase and you would be responsible for paying all taxes on any purchase. If you don’t pay said taxes there could be consequences and interest payments.

It is quite likely that if government makes the move over the next 10 years that a thriving underground will pop up using barter, bitcoin or gold.

The other consequence of a society without physical currency is data gathering. Every purchase will be categorized and noted in databases to build a digital image of each person. They can then classify you as a threat or a good little zombie.

I think the beast you speak of will do away with physical currency no matter what, so it is not much of a point to say that one will cause the other.

“Taxation is theft” is most strongly evidenced in the fact that you are taxed and your money is used on things that you strongly oppose. Now when used for roads and public good to a degree the argument looses it’s power a bit, but when used for abortion, wars, or whatever you may strongly oppose, then yea, there is really no other way to look at it other than it is theft. Actually, when used for war would be the biggest theft, as the people, and now not even Congress of late really ever gets to even VOTE on this s~~~ anymore, so yea, clearly theft.

    Heartwarming Black, thanks man.

If we take this a step further I would argue that Taxation is indeed theft and wars without voting in any form is proof of it, and those opposed to such oppression would certainly like to starve the Beast, hence the Beast’s move to end non digital currency as to ensure it is fed in the future no matter what the population that it control’s and feeds off of wants, therefore Chir’s assessment is not entirely without merit, I just think he has the cart in front of the horse here as there are a multitude of reasons why they want an end to non digital currency. I feel that this is really about total control, 1984 style.

When I’m forced to pay for services I vehemently oppose, I won’t. It’s a violation of my religious constructs. As a mostly white male, I’m sure I’m wrong. /sarc

For a newbie here, you have great posts Mr. Bauers … or is it ‘not sure’. 😉

Agreed. Government does serve purpose. However if you look throughout history there reaches a point where women are granted voting or rights and the collapse occurs within 200 years. Women and some men realize that they can vote themselves entitlements or “Largess” from the public taxation coffers. Once this occurs it hits a negative feedback loop until collapse.

Our founding fathers understood this and wanted as small of government as possible with state and local having the bulk of the regional power. Too many people forgot this, or were purposefully not taught it.

With you on all of that for sure Chir, Libertarian here so yea, this bloated bitch is going to go down sooner or later, really the only thing propping it up is FIAT money and threat of war to those who would dare to undermine it. Kind of how Yumbo recently talked about how the U.S. rules from behind the barrel of a gun…

Welcome back Joe! I like the Joe Bauers handle better anyway.

Cashless society? It’s all been predicted before in the book of Revelations, 666, the mark of the beast, loosing your soul and all that s~~~.

I will gladly lay my neck under the guillotine than take the mark of the beast.

They can only tax what can be counted. The free consulting that we give here can not be taxed and we all spent a lot of our time to come here.

The governmnet can be removed form out lives by denying their existance. For things that are not expensive we can give those to other guys for free knowing that we can get something one day from them. And if we dont get something back we dont loose too much. We dont need to swap one cent for once cent, it too hard that way. For example if someone here wants to repair their car we can help him with adivce. Sometimes I wish we could also help him by going there and give a helping hand, it doesnt cost much.

We cant give expesive things for free, but we can trade those for gold.

THE SOCIAL CONTRACT – I will put this into my signature, this is the biggest lie ever told. There is no social contract, but only milking the sheep in the Animal Farm.

    F~~~ SOCIAL CONTRACT.

Matriarchy taxes us. Patriarchy taxes us. No Fucks Given! If they give us pains, lets give them pains. Daily.

Cashless society is the biggest threat to the individual freedom and i have no doubt women are all voting in favor of cashless society, hive communist bees that they are.

Thanks man, and yea, even though I am an Atheist some predictions in religious works can be fairly prophetic at times to varying degrees, I cannot dispute this fact.
