I think Ranger One’s article makes an excellent point regarding the various cultures in the US. I tended to think of the culture differences to be primarily a rural vs urban mindset, and to be a relatively recent development. I hadn’t considered that they were deeper than that, and have been around for a lot longer.

Whether we are in a soft civil war right now depends on how you define ‘soft’. I wasn’t around then, but I would imagine the current divide as not as bad as it was during the 60s, but I wouldn’t know.

And there is also the point regarding how the left and right choose to fight. The left wants to whine and complain and have the government fight for them. They tend to be emotionally driven in what they want. And honestly their issues don’t come across as being worth fighting for. I mean, does it makes sense to be willing to lay down your life for access to free birth control? So I’d conclude that the left really has no real fight to them unless they have control over the government.

The right is different. They want to be left alone. No government taxing what they’ve earned and telling them what to do, what to believe, and how they need to treat others. They have the guns and would fight for themselves in need be. If anyone is going to give up on the government and declare independence, it’s the right, as they are much less dependent on the government to begin with.

So I’d say a civil war isn’t going to really happen until the left has full control of the government.

I also think the left could very well collapse upon itself. It’s hypocritical, not sustainable, and built upon lies.

I don’t believe there will be a Civil War in the U.S. Here again goes the irresponsible media again fomenting dissension and strife and playing on peoples emotions.

We do not have complete states other than California that are in rebellion, unlike the prior U.S. Civil War where a number of the southern states wanted to retain slavery. Even within those southern states, there were people strongly opposed to leaving the Union, such as West Virginia left Virginia in objection to their secession.

More states are adopting open or concealed carry of firearms, and the leftist activity of provoking their opponents will end when they realize people are going to defend themselves. Furthermore, their provocative actions are turning people off. They still don’t seem to understand why Trump won the Presidency. People are smart enough to know they do not want people who foment hate and violence to run their government.

There will be a civil war, just not likely to be in the next few years. Long-term, it is inevitable. I suspect we are 4 or 5 years away from the start of real “bloody Kansas” style fighting like in the 1850’s, followed by a civil war within 5-10 years of that.

Probably a civil war 10-15 years from now.

The left-wing globalists will continue flooding the US with demographics that will vote for their candidates until they have a permanent majority.

The need for a simple majority rule is why they oppose constitutional protections: under a constitution, you have certain rights that can’t be voted away by 51% of the population in a “tyranny of the majority”. The only recourse of the 49% in a “democracy” to keep their rights is by force of arms.

Globalists WANT democracy instead of a constitutional republic, because they can engineer consent with their control of the main stream media, social media and universities. All modern-day voting is to a globalist, is a poll undertaken to see how effective globalist-leftist indoctrination has been.

That is why female behavior is the gold standard in education: restless, independent, questioning, critical-thinking maleness is suppressed in favor of emotion-based (because it is easier to manipulate emotions) female behavior that doesn’t question the indoctrination, favors sitting still obediently.

To implement Fichte’s “snow is black” education model to create a compliant, indoctrinated population of slaves, female behavior has to be the gold standard.
