Sweden’s new feminist authority is a disaster, women bully & harass each other

The Gender Equality Authority’s management team consists of six people, all of whom are women. The authority has the task of analysing gender issues and helping other authorities in gender equality work.

Only ten months after it was established, an internal report indicates that the work environment is so bad that 70 per cent of employees are “at risk of ill health”.

More than two out of five employees respond that leadership is not fair, and almost as many consider the support of the manager to be bad.

Half state that they have noticed bullying or harassment. One in five claims to have been exposed to bullying themselves.

More than every other employee also say they have sleeping problems and risk burn-out due to stress.

“Obviously, this is something that I take seriously. Together, we need to look at how we will proceed, and we have done that together with the union and the safety officers”, says Lena Ag, Director-General of the authority.

Among other things, the authority is involved in awarding grants to feminist projects. For example, the organisation “Menses – Forum for Menstruation” has received over half a million tax crowns (€50,000) to “menstruation-certify Swedish workplaces” and “break down menstrual taboos in working life”.

When they ask for quotas within male-dominated fields they allege that mixed environments are more efficient than single-sex environments.
But when they have the chance, then it’s ALL women, no men.
