I notice that the story contradicts itself, just to get the message across:

“It’s a problem decades in the making”
“It’s the recent migrants”
“It’s Moroccan boys”

If it’s decades in the making, it can’t be the recent influx of migrants.
If it’s the (Syrian) migrants, it can’t be the Moroccan’s or vice-versa. For my US/Canadian friends, Morocco is just south of Spain, at the top of the African continent, and Syria is
next to Iraq in the Middle East.
