The Supreme Court of the United States ruled unanimously today that the laws cannot be different for mothers and fathers when it comes to the citizenship of their children when one parent is a US citizen and one isn’t (the parents are not married and therefore no automatic citizenship for the spouse).
“Those disparate criteria, we hold, cannot withstand inspection under a Constitution that requires the Government to respect the equal dignity and stature of its male and female citizens,” Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote in the court’s opinion.
This is a great day for all of the fathers out there. This should be extended to family law. Our Supreme Court just ruled that you cannot have to different criteria based on the gender of the parent. It should pave the way for 50/50 custody being the norm. Whether it will remains to be seen, but the longest journey starts with the first step.
Step one bitches….

Anonymous43well. its a start.
too late for me. kids are already poisoned, and I’m 1000 miles away.
but good for some men somewhere…woot!
well. its a start.
too late for me.Too late for me as well. But I love the fact that equality means equality to the Supreme Court. Unanimously. No partisan bulls~~~ on this one. And Ginsburg wrote the opinion.
So again, how does one parent get the presumption of the most time with the kids just because of how they pee? 50/50 custody, period.
Order the good wine

Anonymous25No change for 40 to 50 years and as soon as men start going their own way in large numbers they start caving.
I’m looking forward to the day we celebrate 1 million men-bers

Anonymous5And?
I’m still not marrying, nor reproducing.
F~~~ the supreme Court, and the world.
It’s very good to hear.
It makes a precedent which can be used to help millions of men, like me.
50 50 should be standard.Just throwing another bone
THE PLANTATION HAS NOW TURNED INTO THE KILLING FIELDS . WOMAN ARE NOW ROLLING CAMBODIAN STYLE .
Sad that it takes the supreme court to define the obvious. Fairness.
Peace brothers
Just throwing another bone
Perhaps, but this bone has some meat on it. This ruling will help some fathers, so this is a win.
Call it a precedent or call it a bone, I agree that this is a huge first step.

Anonymous42Mothers not getting child support and having to work instead of babysit for a living? Still gonna fail, women avoid labor, their frail weak bodies cant handle it!
Oh well, they should have been more careful what they wished for, now the real equality is rolling in and right over them!
This and having to register with selective services (the draft) really gotta hurt!
F~~~ it, their turn to be cannon fodder!
Good news but it is too little too late…They are still enticing the men to go back to the plantation and be a slave for the government…That is pittance compared to the sacrifice the men has made for their family only to tossed a bone so that others may come back to the plantation…Is it still feasible when the wife is still going to ass rape you and destroy your life just for a chance of a 50/50 custody? Yeah right…AWALT…
I stand with feet apart and let my balls hang free...Manginas dont have balls...See how they stand and sit at the whim of their masters...
