Supreme Court Blocks Obama's Immigration

Earlier today the Supreme Court ruled 4-4 to block Obama’s executive order to block deportation for 5 million illegals. Obama is p~~~ed as hell about it when he gave another blame Republican for standing in my way speech. This is good. I hope those 5 million had jobs and free money come in and it’s because they’ll be deported, they’ll see that easy free ride go bye-bye. Hopefully when they send them back to wherever they came from, they take their anchor kids with them so the American worker doesn’t have to take care of them either!

The provisions of “Executive Order” are that the nation be in immediate danger or peril, it’s not to be used like a kings sceptre for a spoiled dictator to get his way over and above the law by circumventing due process.

I’ve lived in many different countries. In most of them, I would not be allowed to become a citizen without marrying a native. I can work with a visa and I would be arrested and deported without one. In many of those countries, even as a foreigner with a working visa and good income, I can still not buy property (land) in the country for their fear of foreigners buying up the land and taking over the country. Like owning land gives me powers over laws, etc. The rest of the world is harsh and cautious towards foreigners, and very controlling of them. ID cards, special registration, etc. This is normal. What liberals want in the US is not normal. I have a real problem with my country allowing Chinese, as an example, to buy up acres of real estate, but I can’t do the same in their country. If liberals knew how blatantly racist every non-western country is, they would stop calling their country racist for not giving enough privileges. Wait… no they wouldn’t.

The courts keep ruling 0bama’s executive actions unconstitutional, this isn’t the first time, but he knows that it takes so long for a lawsuit to be started then to work it’s way up appeals to the SCOTUS; so, he pretty much writes his own laws.

The media is all for 0bama’s wide-reaching EOs, though I did see a piece where suddenly they were concerned that a republican, even Trump, could now do the same. Congress needs to make a law redefining the role of executive orders. They are supposed to only affect things within the internals of government departments. They are not supposed to change sweeping legislation that effects us all, and quite frankly, they shouldn’t even exist in a representative government.

We already have war powers act for emergencies, and even it was abused severely by Clinton (rotate troops out every 90 days) to station troops around the world. Bosnia and Sarejevo come to mind. It was straight out violated by 0bama in his illegal war on Libya.

If this country wants to pretend that it is not ruled by decree by a king, then executive orders ought to be able to be denied if even 50% of either house of congress signs a petition against one within 2 months of it being made public. That way, if the executive order is secret, once it is found out, it can be denied.

Maybe we could even say 30% should be required of either house to deny an EO, because if only the minority party is against it, then you could get congress to pass it as an actual f~~~ing law instead of a unilateral decision by one man. I say sign a petition, not vote, because the majority party could refuse to bring a vote to the floor (a la Harry “eye for a lie” Reid). The good news is that Obamacare could be dismantled by executive order, seeing as how the law says that basically any part of it can be applied, or not, at the discretion of the president’s administration. The part where 0bama f~~~ed that up was requiring in the law that states set up exchanges in order to get subsidies, but he has changed the law by EO so many times there is now a precedence for the POTUS to rewrite it at whim.

Before you say NAWALT, condemn those women publicly; it's like a signal flare to the good men you can't find. But. first...stop being THAT girl.
