I’ve been working on mostly my stomach area with the help of a trainer at the gym. I did ask the trainer about my weight gain. I showed him my tracked food intake as well as the sups I’m on. He said it can take some time for the body to adjust for the decreased caloric intake. In addition, the creatine I am eating does lead to weight gain as the muscles absorb water to grow and get bigger.

    Weird.

Yeah creative is always good for water retention, but it’s great for building muscle and recovery. 5 grams a day is all you need for maintenance. Let us know how the kettle bell work goes.

The kettlebell is amazing. I can really feel the workout in my sides and entire stomach. Not as easy as I thought though. The trainer said I may be pushing my body too much with daily cardio (1 hr – bike/jog) and weights (2x2x2x1). I do take a day off once every week or so. Prob. won’t be in my ideal shape til Fall/Winter, but it’s okay. I am doing this for me. I always feel better after a workout.

Glad to hear you’re staying positive and moving forward. Keep it up!
