What are the best strategies to survive in Today’s workplace in this metoo era?

She asked "Describe our relationship using only two words." I said "Our what!"

I fired my boss and took my job with me…i.e. I started my own successful business. Yeah…me too.

Don’t be alone with females if you can help it. If you have no choice sit as far apart as possible. Don’t socialize. Don’t do polite things like opening doors for women or anything else like that even if you also do them for men.

I learned this the hard way and it holds true with any job really. If someone volunteers to do a job you were tasked or assigned with there is a high probability they will try to sabotage the work and put the blame on you to get you fired or moved to another department.

This has happened to me at two jobs when I was young just because people at work are trying to be your friend does not mean they are your friends. Never talk about politics, religion, sex, relationships, and the most important about other co-workers. People will out you and make sure the other person you bad mouth know what you said to them it never fails. Become a ghost and only do the work your boss assigns anyone else asks you for something you are busy with your own work.

I finish university soon and was thinking of buying a fake engagement ring to keep them off me. I will be working in healthcare (heavy female) and I plan on keeping my interactions as low as possible.

Another trick im planning is to work hard to be the most knowledgable person in the room.
