Man (wealthy) and woman go to clinic. Have one child by IVF. Remaining fertilised eggs frozen. Break up. Him in new relationship. Ex allegedly then forges his signature for release of fertilised eggs. She has baby in secret. Tells him on Valentines day. Man accepts child but sues clinic for £1 million costs of raising child. Woman denies forgery. Woman sued by clinic. Case ongoing.

Clinic is (allegedly) negligent, and has money/insurance. C~~~ probably has nothing anyway.

The clinic’s counter argument will be maintained that since he did not inform them of the termination of the relationship (the “marriage”), nor take steps to void the contract between them (himself and the clinic) in a timely manner, It constitutes implied consent.
