Do the Rangers have desk jobs? For the sake of keeping the troops safe, maybe you can move the women who are Rangers to safer areas, so they don’t get troops killed out there. Or, maybe feminists can go and reorganize the battlefield, so it is more fair to women. They could go around in ref uniforms and throw yellow flags (or soccer cards) at enemies who don’t play by rules, and tell them they are making life unfair for women on the battlefield.

That is why I suggested desk jobs. I thought the Rangers were to have standards needed to do their job, not to meet some social justice demands. But, hey, this is life with first world problems.

Here is what I would do, but let us not forget I’m a mean son of a bitch.

I would allow any female that wanted to be in any Corp to just be in that Corp
I would have it just be all females in the Units separate from the males
I would congratulate them for passing whatever training that I never gave them after they just hung out in barracks for two weeks
When bodies were needed I would just send them out with unneeded, outdated equipment
I would then forget who they were knowing that those that were worth something didn’t have to go out and die in vain
