Yeah Rennie, they’re doing one that on purpose too. A lot of Win7 machines are doing it. Some people have had some success fixing it, but I forget the KBs needed to be installed.

Even the government is still using XP. That tells you how much EVERYONE hates Windows 8.1/10.

I plan on moving my systems over to either Manjaro or Arch Linux sometime in the next few weeks. I’m running Debian at the moment, but it’s a little too boring for desktop use.

I can understand it. Newer technology definitely doesn’t mean it’s better. And the only reason you really need to upgrade your software to begin with is if you’re connected to the internet.

And a lot of government systems never get connected to the internet and for good reason.
