We already give billions in foreign aid. It’s not our job to provide a lifeline for every disadvantaged foreigner in the world.

If I was prez I’d cap foreign aid and leave the rest of it to charities. Any other assistance strictly prohibited.

These s~~~hole countries will never improve if the people don’t sort s~~~ out themselves.
