About 21 or 22 years ago scientific studies
    established that soy was toxic/carcinogenic.

The good thing about it is that it is mostly
women that consume it and it also is more
    carcinogenic to them specifically.

Guys lay of that s~~~ and skim milk if you want your f~~~ing late’. Have it with milk, cream or straight black for f~~~s sake.

ps: the only reason soy was used as a food staple centuries ago was because it was
one of the cheapest ways to feed large
    populations in Asia.

    Just lay off the s~~~!

Here is a vegan body builder who I know, from interviews, drinks a lot of soy protein drinks. Dude is f~~~ing jacked!

Most competitive body builders do copious amounts of steroids, and some Growth hormone as well if they can afford it. Even if he has great genetics, he will still need the “edge” as most of his competitors will also have premium genetics while also using/abusing juice and G.H. There are some people that can thrive off a vegan diet, but not most.

Most competitive body builders/lifters will go to great lengths to get the “edge’ over their competition, and will try all types of diets as well as drugs. If the vegan diet worked for most, most would be doing it.

    Whole milk for me. F~~gucino….hahaha

I drink whole milk unpasteurized and not homogenized fresh from the goat titty.

My I grow my own veggies and fruit and have fresh eggs too.

I don’t go out to eat but once in a blue moon, and I view deep fried foods in mono and dilycerides as a recipe for coronary failure or at least some NASTY F~~~ING INDIGESTION!

I envy you sir, I grow some vegetables and kefir grains, but still buying tons of food from supermarkets. One of my dreams is to be free from that artificial bulls~~~.

People say that home brew wine/beer is wine/beer and is unhealthy, but they don’t take a closer look into what they eat in their everyday routine.

Agreed but you just can’t build muscle unless you are getting the protein, plain and simple. I have a few friends that are all about the gear but if they don’t eat they don’t grow.

So in essence, the vegan diet, which he has stated in interviews is heavy in soy protein (soy being the essence of my argument), is working for this guy. Sure he’s probably on the gear but that’s not the point.

The effect of soy on men’s health is not very well understood. Some sources say that it f~~~s with your hormones; and just as many, if not more, say that it doesn’t.

I wouldn’t worry about it till better evidence comes to light.

But soy is a big component of the Asian peoples’ diets. Their men seem to be fine.

Soy, Fluoride, Lithium, high fructose corn syrup

All of them equal, slow kill.

By giving only the chemicals, and not the relevant doses, this is nothing but misinformation intended to manipulate.

The only thing that separates a poison from a medicine is the dosage. Water can be dangerous: You need water to live, but drinking too much distilled water (pure H20) will kill you. You can also safely process certain amounts of mercury and ionizing radiation.

So you say soy, flouride, lithium, and high fructose corn syrup is bad, but you failed to answer a question which, left unanswered, makes your advice irrelevant: in what dosage?

When someone says “gear”, I know that he is in tnation forums too ! The problem with vegan diet is that is hard to put protein in a good amount without taking too much carbs with it, you can take 210g of protein from black peas, but you will put 660g of carbs with that, and it’s an insane amount of carbs. Soy problem is that it has too much fat. Build muscle taking tons of rice and pea protein supplements is not something that I find “wise” to do.

the problem is not with soy or corn itself, but with herbicide it’s being sprayed with / grown in it.
they don’t wash off by any mean and they bio accumulate in plants and humans.
I am pretty sure you’d be much better off consuming organically grown heirloom soy and corn, but it is extremely rare.
And even if you don’t consume any corn or soy – you’ll still be exposed to its dangers because glyphosates will be accumulated in meats of animals that were fed corn and soy feed

Could someone recommend me a protein supplement free of soy, gmo and heavy metals, that wasn’t processed thermally (proteins aren’t tangled)?

Raw organic egg-whites. But you might just want to “heat treat” them just a little bit if you get easily grossed out.
oz/oz of protein, the price is the same as canned tune, which is cheap, but tuna has the heavy metals.

The answer is NO. “I could but I won’t”. Memini murum!

I’ve read many times over the years that soy is not a big part of the typical Asian diet.

I envy you sir, I grow some vegetables and kefir grains, but still buying tons of food from supermarkets. One of my dreams is to be free from that artificial bulls~~~. I’m not there yet, I still buy market food and meats but stay away from frozen processed foods especially things like potpies and pizza, salt pork is healthier than that s~~~!

People say that home brew wine/beer is wine/beer and is unhealthy, but they don’t take a closer look into what they eat in their everyday routine.

I have a friend that brews wine from 5gal. buckets of grape-juice that come from Napa Valley CA, no additives or preservatives, it must be kept refrigerated or it will turn. I trade my veggies and eggs with him out of friendship gestures, not some sort of c~~~ inspired tit for tat trading bulls~~~, that’s the one thing about women that really turns my stomach, they’re blind bean counters that can’t tell the difference between baked and lama beans! You will ALWAYS get CHEATED my the mangled scale they have in their heads.

I stopped trading time, resources, and friendship with women because on all points and angles a man gets cheated and abused. Women are the worst trading partners a man can have, let them go through the riggers of trading among themselves so they can truly by all means f~~~ themselves…

Soy protein does not assimilate as well as whey or egg protein, and is considered an inferior source of protein when compared to either whey or egg, but this doesn’t mean that “SOME” people can’t build impressive amounts of muscle with it. I’m pointing out that the individual you’re referring to that follows a vegan diet is the EXCEPTION. His GENETICS allow him to do what most can’t. Your AVERAGE human being following a vegan diet will not be able to achieve what this individual has accomplished.

Also, when looking at his exceptional gains, you also have to add to the equation the role of pharmaceuticals because this is a major game changer in not only his muscular gains, but also his strength.

You can’t just can’t tout that this individual builds muscle with soy protein without completing the picture. His choice in protein is just part of the story. His complete story includes his genetic make up as well as his pharmaceutical usage which I believe play a larger role in his results, but hey that’s just my opinion.
