A “gender quota” is an admission that women are not suitable for these positions.

Because they feel some need to put a woman in those positions — >> instead of THE BEST PERSON for those positions. By insisting that you MUST put a woman there, they have just said “we know women are not the best people, but a female has to go there anyway otherwise they will call the WAAAAAAAAAHMBULANCE”.

In a recent workplace of mine there were no women. Not because they didn’t hire women. But because they ONLY hired the best person for the job.

Anyone who says “we want to put more women there”… has just announced that they are not interested in putting THE BEST PERSON there.

May as well just wax your vagina, stick the hairs in an envelope and call it a “resumé”.

Here is going to happen if government forces gender quotes in the executive boardrooms. Corporations will fire their American executives, move their headquarters overseas and hire only foreign executives. This will complete the offshoring of all American jobs. Where even the execs whom wants to offshore the jobs of everyone else have their job outsourced.

The best part about hiring quotas for women (or any class of person, for that matter) is that it makes it impossible for an observer to determine which member of that class achieved their position based on their skills and abilities and which ones received it as an entitlement.

So much for merit and for getting the job done right, huh? It’ll be fun when this starts happening to doctors and civil engineers and bridges start falling and people dying because the job was done by a diversity hire rather than a skilled professional.

You have the right to vote but you also have the right to not vote. It’s not a duty or an obligation. If you don’t like either candidate for whatever reason, you can abstain or spoil your ballot. Politicians abstain from votes on important issues all the time.

I am still laughing. I mean, it’s f~~~ing sad & pathetic, but it’s also the truth.

I was sent to a female Dr. earlier this year. After she listened to me & glanced (I S~~~ You Not, GLANCED) at the area I was in the examination for, with only her f~~~ing eyes, looked at me and said, “It sounds like you have multiple things going on”.

I was f~~~ing floored beyond words. It stunned me into some kind of temporary stasis. By the time I could snap out of it and reply, she was already turning and heading out of the examination room.

That was her medical diagnosis! No f~~~ing instruments or equipment or anything at all, was used, other than her eyes, mouth and brief touch with her hand.

AND, this was at a f~~~ing office, inside the hospital, that does surgeries! Professional specialist for the specific surgery I have been told I will need.

This was months ago, and I still don’t believe it. Needless to say, I opted for a different DR. there, and yes he is a man.
