I love sugary drinks and eating junk food, but lately, I haven’t been eating as much. Right now I have a bunch of bills piling up, so I’ve been eating some cheap food (peanut butter & honey sandwiches, ramen noodles). I’ve been drinking water with my meals for a couple of weeks (instead of soda) and my waistline has shrunk a bit. I have to wear a belt to hold up my pants now. I’ll bet if I stop eating fast food and drinking soda, I’ll lose 30 pounds of fat by Christmas. It’s a struggle ’cause I’m addicted to junk food! I usually eat pizza, Chinese food, bacon cheeseburgers, fried chicken, and burritos during the week. That’s been my diet for several years, and I don’t like the way I look in the mirror. My beer belly makes me look like I’m having a baby. I know I should exercise, but sometimes I just lack the will to do it. Drinking water has had a positive impact, though. That’s my starting point.

Man, I’ve had all this trouble with junk food. I eat a burger and a cup of peanut butter ice cream a day lately, and I’ve been so busy I don’t have time to go to the gym. I managed to cut my intake down from three meals to two. I’m trying to figure out how to take care of my weight.

Try to find a way. Do some daily exercises in your room or house to try to balance out the calories you’re taking. Usually it’s for an hour or two of walking for me. Working on the machines and stuff.

I’ve got to get back to hiking in the mountains. I haven’t done that in a while. That’s one of the few physical activities that I enjoy. Once I get caught up on my bills, I’m going to go out and do things.

Like you, I also “like” sugar, starch, and junk food in general. As a sage from ancient times said; “I do not want what I want.”

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I was just about to make a post about this. I’ve had problems with eating a LOT of junk food lately. I had pizza AND Taco Bell yesterday only because I was REALLY craving some meat, but I also love the saltiness in a way. I lost about 10 pounds over the summer, but have started gaining it back. This is usually the time of year when I start getting my heaviest. I hate it. I’m always so lethargic, forgetful, lazy, etc. I have it in my mind to be motivated and to get off my butt and actually go on walks and work out more, but when I get off work at 6, I’m so worn out from the day. I think to myself that getting up earlier than usual and getting a walk in would be nice. I did that…ONCE. I felt so incredibly tired during the work day, nearly falling asleep at my desk.

I just want my energy back, my midsection fat to go away, and my stamina to increase (it’s been bad since I was a teenager). I’m only 27, for goodness’ sake!
