Remember the whole, “Feminists don’t get that Meninism is a joke” bit? It was put out as a way to mock feminists, and there was a “haha. see those feminists are too stupid to get that Meninism is a joke that mocks feminism”.

Well, behold this Nostalgia Critic praising Fury Road review. He had a bit about Feminist Tom Hardy fans, and… guess what now is a shot at the manosphere from MRA, to MGTOW, to anyone who ended up complaining about Feminism in Fury Road, There is shots about not getting laid or ever seeing a woman. That term is now Meninism. So, playing with fire, you now see Meninism sticking as a slur against the Manosphere.

Play with fire, and this happens. I don’t even think it is worth going near mocking. Anything tossed out there will end up backfiring.

    Anyhow, here is the video:

you now see Meninism sticking as a slur against the Manosphere.

Meanwhile feminism is sticking as a slur against humanity.

Far more people have seen feminism, and deeply dislike what they see, than will ever even hear the term “meninism” (which really is a term that only matters to the commonly disliked feminists).

If you see the video on Fury Road, you see a bunch of charges against MGTOW were associated to the meninism label. There is now a chance, as I have seen pop up, that MGTOW gets called “Meninism” and is a label used by men who are said to hate women, and can’t get any sex. In the video there, you have the Nostalgia Critic taking a bunch of comments I saw around MGTOWsphere, and having it coming out of Meninists. There is a chance of what was done mocking having blowback.

The thing with me, I found Fury Road to be boring. I wasn’t offended all that much, but it didn’t do anything for me. It is likely I am not much of a Mad Max fan, or follow it. I guess it would be similar for the Aliens franchise. I am just not into it at all.

Call me anything you want. Just don’t call me late to dinner!

I am not much of a Mad Max fan, or follow it.

I saw the first one, with an incredibly young looking Mel Gibson. It was OK, and that did it for me.

About getting laid, the female lead is a bald headed, one armed, age 40, psycho killer. Now, why wouldn’t I want to get laid by that?

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

And this is is bad because…?
Look, they can call us whatever the f~~~ they want. Seriously, I think reached a point where I don’t care what they think about Mgtow anymore. Let they call us Meninists, before, they tried label us as Sexodus, and then they tried to do the New Masculinity thing. They want to bend over pussy? Be my guest, not following and not caring either.

Really, is it a surprise at this point that they will give a shot at us at any opportunity they get?

The problem is: actions speak louder than words. They may throw whatever tantrum they want at us, I, for one, will still not give a f~~~.

    My take anyway.

I haven’t seen the review yet (and I follow Channel Awesome quite closely, particularly The Cinema Snob, Todd in the Shadows, and the recently-departed Spoony Experiment), but knowing Doug Walker (Nostalgia Critic)’s viewpoints on feminism and liberalism in general, it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s making jokes against men sticking up for themselves.

I saw the video, and yes he is.
But it is nothing new. It is the same bulls~~~ of men denouncing the bullsit we live in being “cry babies”, “virgins”, “just afraid of girls”, or “internalized homosexuals”. The same old shaming rethoric that we heard over, and over, and over again.

And, of course, he ends up the review with the conclusion that Fury Road is the :best Mad Max of all times” because it uses the same principle of the “Road Runner” cartoons.

Anyway, what do yu expect form a Mangina/ White Knight? You really didn’t think he would actually represent mens rights on a honest light now, did you?

I read the comments on their YouTube channel. Holy cow, it’s an all-out war of feminists/white knights vs. MRAs. I don’t normally like the PUA attitude of most MRAs and don’t consider myself one, but I do agree with a lot of what they’re saying on there. Seeing some people attacking MGTOW channels is hilarious, too.

To quote the Star Wars: Episode VII trailer: “There has been an awakening. Have you felt it?”

Seriously, I bet you NONE of these people that watched Nostalgia Critic even knew about MGTOW, but if anything this brings that philosophy to the table. It cannot be ignored any longer.

They can call mgtow whatever they want, it doesn’t change the nature of mgtow.

I am up for MGTOW distancing themselves from the MRA side of things, and that part, and let the MRAs get into these flamewars on the Internet. It is just now, what I see is the meninism hashtag, which was done as a joke, is going to be a slur label used, to pump all the hate at everything involved with the manosphere. I don’t mind really. I consider MGTOW about me personally, not the entire man side of the human species. So, any slurs hurled at some excess some man in the manosphere does, isn’t about me. Heck, even taking someone in the MGTOWsphere to task about this and that isn’t about me either, unless it matches me.

I think the part that got to me a bit here, in regards to this, was about the only place I saw Fury Road generating ire was around parts of the Manosphere close to MGTOW. I am not sure how many other MRAs were irate at it. I think Return of Kings had some. Just I saw some YouTube channels with MGTOW, and forum posts irate at it. Personally, I was bored by the film. I will get out of the way of what the Nostalgia Critic said about Fury Road, and the Mad Max films, because he saw them more than me. Maybe they are what he said, about Mad Max films aren’t about Max at all, but the world.

I saw it for in a theater (discount) and I debate if it was worth it. Even a Red Box may be iffy. It didn’t make me a fan of Mad Max. It was meh. I guess it was ok, but it really didn’t do much for me. I don’t have ire at all at it, just bored. It was more “meh” than I would say that Pixel was, which did generate a ton of ire by me.
