If Smollet was white, they’d be absolutely hammering him for what he had done. Of course though, he’s black and gay so actually charging him with the hate crime he deserves to be charged with is obviously never going to happen. Its ok to hate straight white males.

When a Black guy gets charged with a hate crime? That is the day you can be rest assured there will be riots.
But whatever. What this did do was the same as it was for Rape Victims. No one is going to believe ANY black woman or man again. That’s the horrible side of what they did.

In ultra liberal Chicago, his lawyers would have got a majority black jury and he would have walked anyway. No way in hell twelve black people would have convicted him. The prosecutors knew that and said, ” Why bother. Why waste time and money?” When comes these arguments over race people are going to believe what they want to believe.

When those Covington Catholic boys go to trail with CNN and NBC I hope they call me and put me on the jury. I’ll cut their f~~~ing guts out.

Any prosecutor worth a grain of salt would move the trial out of Chi town, being as you would never get a partial jury. BUT as it is turning out that is not even close to the issue as hand. Both are close friends with the 0bama family. I am sure knew each other well long before this event. I also suspect the judge in the case is also,…….otherwise why seal the case. All to convenient.
