Trying the B and B tonight which I’m quite enjoying.

It’s a 50/50 mix of brandy and Benedictine.

It’s got some sharpness from the brandy and the lovely honey and fruit flavors from benedictine.

p.s Stealthy you might like this. I discovered benedictine as my favorite drink thanks to you.

Well, back to my Sanctuary in Cheydinhall.

If you want to try something new with a nice herbal taste try Absinthe

Best way to get the taste with a hint of sweetness is to add ice water at a 3 to 1 ratio over a sugar cube. If you mix in other liquor’s you wind up losing its distinctive taste. Enjoy.

It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion, it is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning; it is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.

Yes I’ve drank Absinthe before, I quite like the herbiness to it. I mix it with sugar and some water to lower the alcoholic pressure.

Also I don’t know how to get my hands on Guavaberry rum, looks like it’s a rare drink to obtain.

Benedictine is indeed glorious, but for half the price I find a really good honey bourbon delivers a good bang for your buck.

    Barenjaeger – awesome
Jim Beam honey (Devil’s Cut?) – reasonable
Wild Turkey honey – don’t bother

    I’ll definitely try the absinthe.
