I generally dislike a lot of State control, but how about these reforms:

1.) There ought to be a jury or 3 judge panel empowered to take away this woman’s children and put them into foster care since she’s an unfit mother. Our society over-values placement with biological parents. Does anybody think this woman’s children are going to be good, upstanding, working citizens? NO, they are most likely to turn into criminals, mentally ill individuals, and parasites. Also, they should break up the family so as to make individual children more adoptable (i.e. allow adopting them individually).

2.) Elimination of race preferences. We’re all members of the Human race, so black, white, asian children should be adoptable by parent(s) of any race.

3.) After receiving $10,000 of combined benefits (Section 8, EBT, AFDC, etc) it’s sterilization time, or no more benefits for the rest of your life.

4.) Maybe a special program to teach Angel how to give fellatio and hand jobs so that she’s not such a great burden on the State of Florida?

Also, I absolutely HATE the way the social work professions work — here’s what I’d like to hear their spokesperson say (which would require a radical change in our culture and laws):

‘This woman is an irresponsible, unfit mother. Honest, hardworking taxpayers should not be burdened supporting her. She is potentially destroying the future lives of her children, who are living in squalor. We (Children’s Services) are exercising all legal means to take permanent custody of ALL of her children to ensure their welfare, and taking legal steps to prevent her from birthing more dependents.’

She’s cost taxpayers so much she should at least be injected with birth control, and hauled off to jail if she misses an injection. This isn’t racism, the same should be done to whites or Asians in similar circumstances who expect the State to pay for a gaggle of children.
