I have successfully removed all contact from my ex girlfriend.  I falsely labeled her as a NAWALT and I in the end she wasn’t. She wanted to continue being friends but I noticed that when she spoke she would constantly make reference to the changed person I had become or what my options on her was. The conversations became mundane and controlled. I actually felt uncomfortable. So I just stopped talking to her. It’s been over 2 months that I have not said a word and my life has been simpler ever since. She would blow up my inbox initially but hasnt for some time. Tje silent treatment works. Relationships with women are not for me and it took being in one to realize this. Mgtow is truth.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.

You’re beginning to listen to yourself. That’s telling you the truth of what’s happening. You’re becoming honest and not a liar (you’ve been trained to lie to yourself). It took me a while to give credence to that little voice inside. I would let manipulators overrule that all the time because I couldn’t prove or know for  fact they were dishonest.

It’s hard to believe how beautiful silence is ….. when in a relations~~~.

I remember being shocked by hearing birds chirping outside my window … and I thought …. f~~~ … why didn’t I hear them when married.

They hate silence because a man starts to think and ponder. They know the games is up if that happens …. so they do everything to stop it.

From my experience, cutting off all ties with her is the only effective way to get rid of her. I’ve said it in other threads, and I’ll say it again: don’t give her any opportunity to manipulate you any further.

All this bulls~~~ women spew about talking stuff thru and beating a dead horse. Or let’s be friends. Why the f~~~ would I want to do that? If she was such a great person, I wouldn’t have dumped her in the first place. I’m not particularly interested in being friends with someone who was manipulating and using me.

My mom’s ladies magazines say men should stay friends with their ex-GFs. Consider the source. A total clean disconnect is the only way.

It’s like a sharp clean cut vs. a festering sore. The cut hurts, there is bleeding, then you heal. There is no pus, no infection down deep.
