Agreed. Anyone who expects to be requested to verbally provide consent for sexual activity does not deserve to get sex from a man. So I propose the following for all MGTOW:

“Yes means NO.”

If you must get a yes before proceeding, you give her a no and leave.

As for defending yourself against day-after accusations of sexual misconduct, if you’re really concerned that the female you’re trying to corner in a bar somewhere is going to turn on you in the morning, just video the thing. Make her sign a consent form for making the video and makee her state her age and that she is not under the influence of drugs and alcohol (explain it to her and video her while she reads and signs it) then shoot the entire even from beginning to end (get multiple angles for maximum defensive coverage) and make sure you ask her how much fun it was, did she come, would she do it again, what would she want to do next time (3-way, ATM, etc) and mail the unedited copy to yourself by registered mail and lock it in a safe.

You make the whole point, if a female is incapable of giving informed consent regardless of her mental state and will not sign a legally binding contract, then her consent is effectively meaningless. It can be revoked at will and after the completion of the event in question so it can never be said to have been effectively given in the first place… and therefore a man’s only recourse is to hope that his behavior and performance will not evoke the female’s wrath and the devastating consequences that society and the state can bring to bear against him as a result.

Let me think about that for a minute.

Even if a guy got a woman to agree to a pre-sex video where she is interviewed, states she wants to have sex and even lists all of the porn-induced things she wants to do and she signed a contract in the presence of a notary public, and on top of that the actual act is recorded on video with a post f~~~ interview with the last load still running off her face where she talks about how much she enjoyed it. . . . . . . . .

She can always say that after all of that, she wanted to watch a movie and cuddle on the couch but the guy initiated and forced sex on her at that point.

Next comes, handcuffs, an arraignment and if a guy is lucky, expensive attorney fees. I say lucky regarding attorney fees because if he is unlucky, he will just have a public defender handling his paperwork and sitting back while he has his life destroyed.

So, objectively speaking: in lieu of an arrest, having to post bail, paying an attorney at least $300 an hour and going through a trial with 12 idiots on a jury that might not make the right decision and then years in prison. . . . . .
