The debate about sexual assault investigations and adjudications is heating up as the final draft bill from Betsy DeVos, Secretary of Education.

The feminist org is the National Women’s Law Center, the group representing men is the National Coalition for Men Caralina Chapter.

In a leak draft to the NYT’s it was clear that due process of law would be required by law. Law, not a directive like Obama. Law, like send snowflake dominent lesbian woman’s studies professors to jail.

Now we see a more recent leak and a better discussion of the controversy as it’s unfolding.

It’s a war among the angele’s in heaven with the Feminists Versus the Mens Rights Activists in open combat.

The Men’s Right’s guys won battle one and got due process of law. Thanks knight Kavanaugh.

Now the debate is whirling about the right to appeal. In the normal sense appeal is only made by the defendant who is, according to them, wrongfully convicted due to some mistake by the defense.

Women want the right to appeal decisions where the man is found innocent but the woman wants another pound of flesh by using the strong arm of the judicial branch to beat him with the stick until his life is ruined forever. The feminists say they need it because prosecutors are so incompetent that women need to be able to look at an offense and find a flaw in it’s action and thus appeal forcing the man into yet another “prove your self innocent” situation lacking the one possible piece of evidence that got him out the first time.

Interesting. If they got what they wanted, they would be basically saying that women can have as many goes as they like until they get the result they want -conviction.

Really the effect of false accusations on men needs to be given a lot more thought by the law. This is potentially opening men up to years of abuse.

A woman is like fire -fun to play with, can warm you through and cook your food, needs constant feeding, can burn you and consume all you own

I think that they’re gonna winning even round 2, after the Kavanaugh you know, things are gonna changing a little…

The worth of a man isn't the usefulness that women get from him. Avoiding living with a woman, a man isn't rejecting a lot of sex: he's rejecting sexual starvation. MGTOW IS TACKLING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN COMPLIANCE WITH CONVENTION OF ISTANBUL: http://www.coe.int/en/web/conventions/full-list/-/conventions/rms/090000168008482e --- Article 4, Section 4 "Special measures that are necessary to prevent and protect women from gender-based violence shall not be considered discrimination under the terms of this Convention". Women want the right to appeal decisions

That’s called Double Jeopardy, and it is utterly unconstitutional and contrary to our entire legal ethos.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
    – Amendment 5, U.S. Constitution.

But of course feminists don’t give a f~~~ about constitutionality or law or justice. They demand blood for their lies. That’s why they are sooo p~~~ed off by Hitlery losing. That’s why they are soooo salty about Kavanaugh. They wanted Hitlery to stack the Supreme Court with c~~~s who would “living document” all your constitutional rights away instead of letting Trump preserve them. From now on he should only appoint hard line originalists, and if the democrats balk again, double down with even more hard line originalists.

This is why Sharia Law is coming. As bad as Sharia is, it’s preferable to feminist alegal f~~~ery. Men won’t see any point in stopping it.

While sidecar is 100% right, we aren’t actually talking about legal case here, but the university kangaroo courts. University’s should not be removing any students for non-academic reasons unless they have actually been found guilty of a crime in a court of a law. The way I see it, even a discussion about rules of the kangaroo courts, whether in favor of men or otherwise, is ultimately a loss for men as it helps support the existing of university courts.

    Ok. Then do it.

That argument was blown out of the water with Kavanaugh. His was “just a job interview” but the nation understood that due process laws should still apply when a man is accused of a crime. Especially a sex crime.

In reading the article I linked it is interesting to note that they say that woman need to appeal because if he wins and is found not guilty she still has to see him in class, on the quad, in the dorm and is repeatedly retraumatized.

This is crazy talk. This assumes all woman are always telling the truth.

Why would you ever allow a creature who thinks like this into your house?

Well, if cupcake doesn’t want to see the guy she falsely accused of something and it is that traumatic for her, she could change schools.

    Sorry, logic. My bad.

While sidecar is 100% right, we aren’t actually talking about legal case here, but the university kangaroo courts.

Nowhere does the double jeopardy clause in the fifth amendment say anything like: “Except for university kangaroo courts.”

Moreover sexual assault and rape and suchlike are criminal matters, and should only be handled by the criminal justice system, not privately within the university. Their own disciplinary system internal to their academic system should only apply to purely academic matters such as plagiarism, falsifying research, etc.

Universities that take it on themselves to try criminal cases should be sued out of existence by the accused.

Only the accused should have the right of appeal in a conviction. In criminal cases this is the standard. Since rape and sexual assault are considered crimes it’s a no brainer to apply this under the same umbrella. If this concept was the standard in all domestic relations cases, it would make things a whole lot easier.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

Nowhere does the double jeopardy clause in the fifth amendment say anything like: “Except for university kangaroo courts.”

But the fifth amendment doesn’t specifically say that it applies to administrative disciplinary committees on University Campuses.

The double negative is what is seized upon by failed english professors we call, women’s studies professors. My first wife was an english major.

Feminist professors rely on literary analysis to find semantic differences that might be reworded, branded then fed to the public already trained to hear hate speech against men.

    Feminist academics are not lawyers.

Feminists don’t care about the law. The feminist lawyers are the ones that are trying to slip this feminist jursprudence in to society through the back door of enforcement on college campuses of The feminist Dear College letter.

This is being pushed by the leading female feminist jurists of our time the National Women’s Law Center.

They know that the laws they are pushing for are unconstitutional.

This is why we so desperately needed a judge who would not add rights to women provide reparations for 9,000 years of male rule but would rule on that the constitution says. Like the fifth amendment and double jeopardy.

The text of the Dear Collegue letter of 2011 causing creation or expansion of Kangaroo courts against men at college compuses.

    https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/sites/default/files/fact_sheet_sexual_violence.pdf

Every case that was adjudicating as the man being at fault on college campus should have their cases nullified and readjudicated with a fair trial.

Throw all the cases out and provide renumeration for the damage they have done to these young men. A form of feminist violence using the university as their hammer.

    Preposterous (and therefore very feminist).

That’s star chamber logic. A limited government that empowers a body to do things it itself is not empowered to do is not a limited government.

But worry not; feminists will finally see the need for due process once they are under the boot of sharia law.

The DAY a MAN can get FULL RECORDS from CPS is the Day I am going to start to BELIEVE things are changing. When they start getting thrown in jail at the FEDERAL LEVEL and Have it happen in DROVES? Or pay almost ALL of their Monthly INCOME to pay for damages they caused.

I am going to hold my breath.

Either they start fixing it. Or business is just going to keep on getting done. FIne with me.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home
