S~~~ty week, Hate my job so much

Hi Guys,

well, it seems that I am still not out of the woods yet and still have to keep my job which I really really hate.

This week showed me how much some people can be ass holes, I had one company texting me in the middle of the night that they are canceling an interview with the morning after, the other company made it appear as if they are super interested in me and then sent me an automatic email saying bye bye.
Ass holes dragged me for a week, after promising to give me an answer after the weekend.. then said that I’m awesome and they want me on board, just to reject me a day later, dicks!

During that time, I had a UX designer at work driving me half insane for the most stupid s~~~ ever and now it marks a month of me searching for a place where I can be happy, this job sucks bad, I hate every second of it and it has been 6 months since I joined.

My biggest concern that I’ll be so inclined to get the f~~~ out of there that I will simply move to another s~~~ty job, instead of being patient and find the perfect thing for me. Those ass holes from those other companies p~~~ed me off bad.

There are no greater ass holes than the people at my current job

1. The managers are cracking jokes with the entire staff about candidates, they don’t even say “The candidate” , they actually mention his full name to people.
2. They lie about the character of the job
3. There are several people there who totally disrespect the others
4. they treat people who leave as if they are their enemies

There’s something to be said about the “devils that you know” as compared to “the devils that you don’t know.

Point being is that YOU ALREADY KNOW what to expect from the jerks that are presently around you, when you jump ship YOU DON”T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE JUMPING INTO UNTIL AFTER YOU JUMPED.

It could be Better, or a WHOLE LOT WORSE…………..

Is the “perfect thing for you” really a JOB working for someone else?

Even if you get another one .. or keep this one…. ALWAYS KEEP LOOKING FOR A BETTER ONE until you ultimately start your own business, and then you can say “no” once in a while, fire a client who p~~~es you off, and make your own terms.

Anyone can empathize with that, but I have also found that I “hated” it more when I cared too much about it. If you’re too invested in a “job” you start to really CARE, and that’s when it can really get to you.

Remember, they only pay you to DO it.
They don’t pay you to CARE.

So maybe that will make you current situation a little more bearable.

That s~~~ is the new normal in the work environment. I do the on-line applications, sit through hours long interviews, and so many phone calls I lose count. The result usually is no response. I will call and they don’t take the call or return my message.

can you become self employed or start your own business? I’m self employed, making more money than I’ve ever mad in my life, which is not hard because I never made much 😛 but still, it’s a f~~~ing successfull career path!
Learn a trade, even learn by doing, then advertise in the right place and you’ll be golden.

Well I’ve asked myself the same question over the last twenty-odd years. I can truly and honestly say I’ve never had a job I’ve really enjoyed. Sure, I’ve had jobs I didn’t mind. But I’ve never really had a job where I could feel fulfilled and satisfied.

I’ve had the unbelievable misery of working with bitch ass women a number of times. Had my life made a complete misery by them too.

I’m with the chap above. Find something you’re good at, concentrate on using your current job to save money, then invest in yourself. Learn a trade and go self employed. Remember jumping from an environment you know but don’t like, into an office full of bitchy women (or equivalent) is a pretty s~~~ result dude!

I got absolutely f~~~ed over in my last 3 jobs within the last few years, you will never find a good place to work!! And it’s only going to get worse see what’s happening in Google, Tech industries are “s~~~ done” the influx of Femes is astronomical, I’m currently doing something similar to SPI Hybrid making $30,000 a year, in an online venture never been happier! Its almost turnkey now, so I might look for another job and as soon as I get a whiff of Political s~~~, ill push the laptop off the table, p~~~ in the corner, punch out the blue pill boss and walk the f~~~ out, I’ve had it seriously!!
