    “Sheer blood and guts.” This quote is from the Battle for Guam in the Lost Evidence series. One of my ancestors got wounded there.

    This series is made from World War Two footage interlaced with interviews of veterans and modern reenactments. I just discovered this excellent series a few days ago, and have been binge watching it ever since.
