This is the worst case of family courts bias against men you will ever hear about. I read about it a while ago and tried to research it because I couldn’t believe that a man would be forced to financially support a child that was conceived by a woman using the sperm from a blowjob to inseminate herself without his knowledge. He tried appealing the family court verdict without success (big surprise) but was allowed to sue her in the regular court system. I could never find anymore information about whether he was successful or not.

Ok OldBill Just looked into this ( Hermesmann v. Seyer perfect example).You are right, this is the second worst case of family courts bias against men you will ever hear about.
