Not sure to post pics here, but the computer at work is advertising classes during our annual safety training week. The headline says ( two sexual harassment and other crimes against women classes have been added. To me this implies men aren’t sexually harassed… A quick google search shows that’s not true.

File a discrimination lawsuit against the employer for not offering classes where men are targeted.

No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.

Sexual harassment training? Training? Thank you, but I already know how to sexually harass women. Or is this the kind of training where they learn how to sexually harass me?

I like to have my questions ready in advance.

    ______________________________________________________________________________________

How close can you actually stand next to some girl (always use “girl” in the question) before you are “legally” harassing her.

I understand stalking is not allowed on company time, but how far does that zone extend. Like, what about the parking lot and its after work.

What’s the difference between accidental touching and sexual harassment.

Just for clarity, could we role play some scenarios of harassment and abuse so the guys here can get a clearer understanding of what isn’t allowed. I don’t know about other guys, but I’m very visually orientated, I think it would help to see some of this.

If you have harassed someone, just hypothetically, and you do want to make amends to her, what amount of money would you recommend?

Is there an age limit. Because some older women may like the attention where a girl may not?

What if your on medication? Are you exempt from some of this if you take medication.

How can a woman be expected to be happy with a man who insists on treating her as if she were a perfectly normal human being.

I think just offering a class about women being sexually harassed is sexist , you should definitely lodge a complaint with HR for being discriminated against.
