I decided to make fun of feminists and the fact that women like Alison Saunders want men to have to prove that the woman consented to sex or it’s rape, so I created a consent form to give women exactly what they are asking for:

Particulars of Consent

Upon the lawyer having advised the male and female as to the legal and evidential requirements for consent to vaginal penetration and vaginal envelopment, the male and the female hereby consent to the following acts until the female revokes consent by clearly, audibly or visibly indicating any sign that she no longer consents:

i) Kissing
ii) touching each other’s bodies
iii) vaginal envelopment and penetration

The male and the female consent to the lawyer being present during the whole period referred to above to ensure that consent is a continuing act. I imagine that any kind of consent form would be twisted against you. Say for example you and her signed an agreement at the start of the evening to have sex later that night. When later that night arrives, she changes her mind and says no. Despite her agreement, you walk away. No problems, right?

Yes: that’s right … have used something similar many times.
