    in Canada:

IT IS LEGAL to communicate with the intention of selling sex

IT IS LEGAL, to advertise your own services.

IT IS ILLEGAL to purchase sexual services. Or communicate with the intention of buying sex.

    how does this make sense?
can someone with legal experience explain the logic behind this?

Because you don’t pay a whore to F~~~ you, you pay her to LEAVE.

So you don’t discuss the “intention of buying sex”. It doesn’t even matter that she’s “selling” – because you’re not “buying”. You tell her she will f~~~ you for free, and you will pay her $XX to F~~~ OFF AND GET LOST.

You can even record it on your phone – and so can the police – and they can’t do s~~~ because you didn’t discuss buying (or paying for) sex. She f~~~s for free and you’re paying her to F~~~ OFF AND GET LOST. The arrangement is CLEAR.

You’re paying her so don’t have to talk to her, listen to her, take her out, sit across from her, call her again, or any of that stupid dating s~~~. You pay the whore to GO AWAY. Make sure it’s clearly understood.

If she doesn’t agree to that, she gets NOTHING. Not even laid.

    Enjoy!

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

But now he wants nothing to do with women…he hires the pros.

its weird how only parts of Nevada is legal

Nevada is the only U.S. jurisdiction to allow some legal prostitution. Currently eight counties in Nevada have active brothels (these are all rural counties); as of June–July 2008 there were 28 legal brothels in Nevada.[23][24][25] Prostitution outside the licensed brothels is illegal throughout Nevada. Prostitution is illegal in the major metropolitan areas of Las Vegas, Reno, and Carson City, where most population lives; more than 90% of Nevada citizens live in a county where prostitution is illegal.

MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.

There is no sense. It’s the result of a thousand debates, compromises, and amendments, till what’s left is a situation that no can say for certain whence it came or whom it was intended to please.

Throughout history expanding cultures tended to allow prostitution; two examples are ancient Rome and the American frontier.

After the expansion phase, women began to exert more and more influence. More and more laws against prostitution appeared.

A woman on the marriage market absolutely does not want potential mates to remain sexually satisfied bachelors. She needs to bend one of them to the yolk.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Sounds like “female logic” to me.

Here’s a solution: take a vacation in Germany or Thailand. It’ll cost more, but…going to jail costs time AND money.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

Because it’s never the woman’s fault. How could it be? Obviously, the prostitute is a victim of society, otherwise she wouldn’t be selling her self like this. That’s the justification.

As for ‘paying her to leave’. That may get you out of legal issues, but surely wouldn’t work. If you were dealing with an ethical person, it absolutely would. They implied job would be completed and the worker would leave as expected. But you’re dealing with a woman. She would skip the implied job and just leave. She has no concern about ethics or business reputation. She’d probably be insulted with the insinuation that her company wasn’t wanted and screw you over by no screwing you and feel completely justified.

    Ok. Then do it.

Prostitution Laws = divorce court for sex IMHO.

One way or the other you have to pay for pussy, with cash and prizes or a criminal record. Someone somewhere is demanding that you pay for pussy, come hell or high water you will pay.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it
