The reality is that most of the population now is actually older, and you spend most of your life above those ages.

I think it’s more complicated than that.
Practically:
Women have less sex drive but are much more entitled to sex: sex is a given for young women, and they have less sexual desire, that’s why they’re on average much more picky than young men.
Young men have more sex drive, but quickly realize that they have to work for getting pussy.
When both men and women become older it happens so:
Men: the sexual desire fade.

I will know that the day has finally arrived when neither of us dwell for an instant about whether we are organic or not. When that day arrives, does it really matter whether we are carbon based?
