In order for men to prove that they would never rape, they must first be medically castrated.

BTW: In 36 states in the US, under the legal definition for second degree rape (there is 1st, 2nd, 3rd) – Actual penetration with a penis DOES NOT have to occur. Use of a finger is considered rape by penetration and falls into the category of 2nd degree rape. With 2nd and 3rd degree rape: No physical evidence is required to charge a man with either of those crimes (in those 36 states) as the statement of a woman is the only ‘evidence’ needed to arrest a man and bring him to trial.
Closing note: Regarding rape by finger penetration. In 2007, current male porn guy at the time Jack Venice (real name Christopher Reid / former US Marine – 3 tours in Iraq) was arrested after partying at a WSU campus, fraternity type party.
A woman claimed he penetrated her with his finger only.
He was convicted of rape and sentenced to nine years. But under the sexual assault sentencing guidelines in that state would not be released at the nine year mark unless he admitted he was guilty at his release hearing first. Followed by lifetime parole and being a registered sex offender.

The state claimed the sperm belonged to the accuser’s boyfriend (Tyler Cornell), who she claimed to have had unprotected sex with three days prior to the assault, At trial, jurors were told by the prosecutor this same lie. Now the state admits that tyler Cornell’s DNA was never tested.
So… Basically, the state DEStroyed the 9-11 tapes and logs. THEN.. Lied about the evidence.

Belgium I think. They as far as I know are the only government that is doing stuff behind the scenes to make families, and relationships actually last the test of time. They are HARD KORE on MIGRANT Rapists too. So hard core, you don’t hear about it…. But you did not hear that from me. 🙂
The other issue is that simply, There really is very little reason for women in in Belgium to even have kids. But relationships seem to be on the rise.
