Sex bots for Mars!

God help me for thinking like this but I suddenly thought any future mission to Mars would work better if it was just a mix of males and sex-bots. Assuming by then the bots could also clean, cook, lift etc – ie pull their weight outside the bedroom (sleeping cubicle or hammock or whatever they will have on Mars to start with). Wouldn’t need feeding, wouldn’t need water or oxygen, just some solar charging and some cleaning (hopefully self-cleaning).

The men – if they go for that sort of thing – will be much happier, less conflict, less frustration, no women. The best possible alternative.

I doubt Mars One would go for it (they are counting on the conflict that including women will produce to boost their reality TV appeal) and I also doubt NASA will go that way though.

The much longer missions might need bots to remain with a crew member for life; to remain at destination due to length of time getting there.

I remember when sci fi said only happily married couples of high intellect and character would go on long space trips. Robert A Heinlein captured my imagination when I was young.

Heinlein lived in a different age. In his time, SJWs were only sci-fi villains. They were postulated by an SF writer for the purpose of showing how bad things would be if they managed to take over.

Heinlein and the writers of his generation might be surprised by how things turned out. We do not have robots and flying cars. We do have an SJW takeover. Dang! I hate dystopian futures! Too bad the one we’re living in is not fictional.

When the Mars One project was in the news, all i could think was that it’s a disaster waiting to happen if they send up mixed sexes.

All that boredom from being stuck on a desolate planet with nothing to do and they’ll all end up f~~~ing like rabbits. Within a year or two, they’ll die out from starvation due to overpopulation, lack of food and living space.

The best thing to do would be to send out a group of MGTOWs armed with sexbots! We’d have the planet ready for colonisation in no time.
