Saw this yesterday on RT Venom, it p~~~ed me off. Dude is one of the last true Patriots left in D.C. and after the attack form McCain in Congress he has this likely deranged Leftist attack him physically in his own home? The attacker is a white doctor. So he was charged with 4th degree assault (misdemeanor).

If the attacker was black he would have been charged with:

3rd degree assault (felony)

Breaking & entering

Kidnapping (holding Rand Paul hostage)

Possession of an illegal firearm (planted by the police)

and

Resisting arrest
