During the 4 hours of indoctrination, in addition to the group hug kumbaya opportunities, I wonder if the workers were offered any concrete, useful toolbox tools about things like “What do we do when” [how do we handle][what are our expected actions when] a non-customer loiterer:

…takes up space when customers are waiting.
…is malodorous.
…is loud and distracting.
…makes inappropriate remarks to other customers.
…uses profanity.
…panhandles.
…wears offensive attire.
…doesn’t wear shirt/shoes.
…brings in outside food/beverages (including alcohol).
…is obviously stoned or drunk.
…makes drug deals.
…etc., etc., etc.

I would think that with Starbucks decision to welcome [encourage] non-customer loitering, these situations will become frequent.

Some “tests” will be staged by non-customer loiterers, complete with wingmen armed with running cellphone video cameras probing for the lawsuit lottery when the local store manager offends the “victim.” In the situation that prompted all of this, the two men got an “undisclosed” settlement in addition to free college tuition.

I predict many stores soon post signs “moving to a new location on x street” after this nonsense runs its course.

I can’t recall the last time I was in one of their shops but now I am sure I won’t be in one of them again.

Can’t the libtards see that they are making us all racist with this s~~~. Its only when you realise there is a bias against white people that you realise you have to start choosing your people over others just to try to maintain some kind of equality.
