Then the former Starbucks CEO — who is mulling a 2020 presidential run as an independent — chided both Republicans and Democrats for failing to provide the leadership America needs.

“What we need right now in America is for the country to come together, and for the Democrats and Republicans who have been unwilling to work together, to finally realize that the American people deserve much more than political slogans and tweets,” he said. “What we need is a government that can work for us, leadership that we can trust.”

——————————–This is going to make 2020 interesting. If the Greens also put up someone interesting the Dems will go down in serious flames.

Go Schultz – split that vote! Unfortunately, he just wants attention and isn’t serious. When it comes to real action, he won’t do jack s~~~.

We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham

Doesn’t matter. Is all a farce. Am not even going to pay attention.

No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.

If you want to make a Democrat’s head explode, do what I did the other day.

Them: Schultz needs to get out of the way. He’s going to help Trump win.

Me: I know. That’s why the Dems shouldn’t put up a candidate this go around. You’re just going to f~~~ everything up with 3 people running. Leave it to Schultz so Trump gets defeated. Otherwise it’s all your fault if Trump wins.

Didn’t go over well, which was exactly the purpose.

This guy has zero chance. He will pull a few brain dead people from either side, that is about it.

And you watch CBS??? Ok, that explains a lot. How old are you, 80? You still got rabbit ears on top of your CRT T.V.? Trying to push people back to MSM? I and many others who are done with fake news won’t even click on links like that…

Schultz is likely being quietly backed the corporate wing of the democrats, the rich funding the democrat party, whom are beginning to view the radical democrats as spoiled children whom are biting the hand they feeds them.

Presently, while the corporate wing of the democrats detest President Trump because they do not control President Trump and they are pushing an ongoing political coup against President Trump, they do realize they are making money with the MAGA agenda, just in ways that do not offer long term tyrannical control of the U.S.

The corporate democrats likely look at the situation as this, either the radical democrats bow to the corporate democrats, of the corporate democrats spoil the 2020 presidential race for President Trump. Either way the corporate democrats believe they will make money.

Unfortunately, the corporate democrats likely waited to long to do this, as the radical democrats view anyone that does not share their views 100% of the time is an enemy.

The pull back by the corporate democrats is adding fuel to the radical democrats political fire and creating massive pull back by the radical democrats. Now some democrats want to tax the “rich” at a tax rate of 90%.

The situation has become a bidding war by the democrats as to whom can come up with a worse plan to seize the wealth of the “rich”, which really means seize the wealth of the working class. First it was tax rate at 70%, then a higher bid of estate tax at 77%, now a tax rate at 90%.

There are other issues happening within the democrat party. Some are to disgusting to list. But, basically the democrats are a few steps from completely imploding.

Remember Ross Perot? He could’ve won his first run but he was scared off by cia death threats, allegedly. He quit, then tried to come back but it was all too little too late. I always wondered what would’ve happened had he stayed on to the end.

Is Ross Perot available? He’d be a better candidate than anybody who’s announced an intention to run on Demonrat or independent tickets. He was the butt of many jokes, but I always thought he had good intentions and that he cares about the nation. I once met a guy who used to work for one of Perot’s companies, and he spoke very highly of Perot — said that he treated his employees with respect and kindness.

EDIT: uchibenkei beat me to it.

    Remember Ross Perot?

Ross Perot’s whole platform was stopping NATFA. At the time, Bill Clinton on the 1992 campaign trail lied and claimed to oppose NATFA, while Bush Sr was the arcutech of NATFA.

Ross Perot was scared out of the race only to get a second wind and come back to throw the election to Bill Clinton, with Bill Clinton going back on his claims, and ratifying NATFA.

Ross Perot likely is happy that President Trump is able to replace NATFA.

My favorite moment of the 2020 presidential campaign so far:

Ha ha ha! I hope it gets more entertaining up to the primaries. For the next 11 months, you’ll see candidates doing a song & dance, appearing on late night comedy shows, kissing babies, eating crappy food at fairs, and possibly chugging beer. They’ll do anything to get your vote. But at the end of it all: I predict that President Trump will be re-elected.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)
