As an American, I care because our government supports these imbeciles. Our President recently tweeted that the current leadership in Saudi is doing the right thing. Torture is not something we condone and we shouldn’t be turning a blind eye, irrespective of them being princes.

We should NOT be giving them any tacit support. They should be left on their own to deal with any repercussions to their actions –
especially their actions in Yemen and now Lebanon. Without our support, Iran would easily wipe out the current Saudi regime.

The Iranians are our enemy. Saudi Arabia are a client state of the U.S.. Sorry if that is difficult to swallow but it is a strategic reality.

If you want to control the internal politics of Saudi Arabia, you’d better get the U.S. body politic in order first.

Thank you clearing this up for me. I wondered about your positon conserning the ass-less pants chaps. Enquiring minds have now been put to rest. I’m more of a Velcro fly man myself. Easy access helps out considerably in high stress scenarios, or at the gas station. Take your pick!
