Yeah, ever since I have been growing out my sides and neck, the wanton whispers have somewhat ceased, thus there is only fleeting mutterings of disdain. No longer do the son of the mornings foot soldiers shout things when I drive, rub their faces, stare from afar, and mumble when I shop. This is because a goatee is the devils choice of beard. Most images depict the devil with a goatee. In Leviticus, Yahweh decrees a specimen to refrain from shaping one’s follicles, hence the punishment I was receiving for breaking this command.

But don’t trust all his advice, I really don’t think he got it right about foreskins.

I never was too strong on modern poetry. It all looks like prose to me. The best rule I have for predicting what is modern verse is that it has funny length pretentious sentences and disturbing imagery.

Now having said that, the above offering had neither.

Honestly I was apologising, not that it was for a great sin. I thought your prose was one of your poems and that was wrong. I suspect you put some of your poems on line to provoke a reaction and I join in the silliness that ensues but that time I didn’t spot it was prose.
