Wait. SO Basically this happens in California all the time, so.. In order to make sure no WOMEN GO TO JAIL for the MANDATORY AMOUNT OF TIME…. The state prosecutor’s just don’t bother. Nice one hugh?

Saying the students enjoyed this or got better grades should not even be admissible evidence. Circumstantial at best. At worse false testimony and perjury. Any judge that would entertain this needs to have their bar license revoked and possibly prosecuted.

No she did not. This is her OFFER on a plea of guilty.

The article cites that this is HER PLEA, not one offered by Law Enforcement.
Judge has 8 weeks to take it into his consideration. And HER lawyer says he will withdraw it if the judge take a long consideration.

No prison time & no sexual offender registry for a 2nd degree felony?? My guess is the prosecution has a weak case against her,(or her attorney wants everyone to think that is the case).
What Judge is going to accept a GUILTY plea with no prison time or registry?? If he is an ELECTED judge, that’s insane!

Let’s clarify: She WANTS a PUMPKIN PASS on the assumption of a weak case and/or Judge.
