This thing in Russia is funny and true, from what I hear. There are so few males there, some women literally fight over them. Russia is a huge place, so this may be a location dependent phenomenon. A dude I met recently got a mail order Russian bride a while back. He was the opposite of good looking, and the woman was WAYYY out of his league looks and education wise. She said it has deteriorated to the point, that some women don’t care if the guy sits around getting drunk and playing video games all the time…they still prefer it over being over 30 and “unmarriable” (is that even a word?). He said in some places, if the woman is 25yo she is considered to old to marry off. When his wife hit 30yo, it was her father that urged her to get on a “Russian Bride” dating site. The guy claimed it is now normal practice for some men to leave their wives when they turn 40 and get a 25yo, some guys are 50 and are now on their third 20-something wife. From what he says a secondary factor as to why women are desperate for men, is that so many places there are riddled with violent crime that men become a necessity for safety. Now whether this is true or not, I am sure some of the gents here can comment…

Unfortunatelly, replacing Russian with any nationality changes nothing.

I met few very pleasant and classy Russian women. The thing there from what i understand is that nobody will marry her after 30, while in western world men are so devalued that beta cucks are lining up to marry 39 y_old overweight indebted single moma with 2 kids from 2 different fathers. For man though, age is not a problem there, or so i was told, if you are moderatly successful and 45 you can pick from pre-wall pool.
