sleeping in the “rough” must be a british term..i never heard it..
sad news to hear ,poor guys ..
we have a lot of homeless in new york city here where i am..
majority are , of course men.
the shelters for them are so crime ridden that the sane ones won’t go in to sleep.
the streets are safer than the shelters.
years back,our president Ronald Reagan cut the budget for housing the mentally ill..
out into the streets they went.
the money saved , along with countless other budget cuts went into the “star wars”..
a fake program to decieve the russians that we could blast them with lasers from space..
the trick worked and was part of what made the former soviet union go bankrupt.
we tricked them into spending on military at the expense of our own people.
