I have built a regime in order to maximize my indifference towards women so just follow through it and if done right, you will see changes.

Do this for 21 days:
-Walk with eyes straight and act like you know exactly where your going
-Every woman that you encounter is a distraction (Keep your eyes straight)
-Everytime you succesfully ignore them, give yourself some time to pat yourself on the back
-Make it fun (Create your own scoreboard) (Optional)
i.e. what you can do is the hotter the chick ignored, the more points accumulated and when you achieved a certain score threshold; award yourself.

The trick with this it MUST become a habit while your consciously doing this you are rewiring your brain; next thing you’ll know you are doing it without you being aware of it (Once your in this state, progress has been made and YOU are getting there !)

After 21 days:
-Comes maintenance, this is the time when “revert” kicks in and you MUST NOT allow yourself to be back where you were
> YOU have worked hard for this, dont let yourself be what the man you were
“True nobility is being superior to your former self”
-At this point, there WILL be times where your instinct kicks in and would like to look at women (Natural)
> You can distract yourself when this comes, avert your gaze and think of something challenging such as doing math problems or assembling a furniture from IKEA

Remember that indifference drives them up the wall and they CAN NOT do anything about it which is the BEST part.

Certain monks were trained to do this in the old days. They thought avoiding distractions to be good discipline.

I’m at a point where I can’t even remember if I’ve seen any sexy women.

I’m even starting to forget what conversations I’ve had with them.

But the biggest thing I’ve noticed is that as soon as I’ve walked away …. withing minutes I’ve dismissed them …. topic, name, looks …. promises etc. My brain just seems to wipe them.

I has got me in a fix at work now and again and I’ve actually had to do a medical once when I seemed to forget ‘her’ orders …. several times.

Now I’m having to force myself to write down on phone anything they deem important.

I have mentally thrown them away. It’s mostly a good thing but …. can get me slapped wrist now and then.

I’ve reached a point that I can usually turn it off like a switch. If I’m walking along the sidewalk on campus, I know to look at women no differently then men. When I converse with anyone of whichever gender. I focus on the conversation rather than their physical appearance. Yeah equality! They asked for it. I turn the switch on only to fap to something once every few days.

This is the way brothers! Every time we look at a hot woman as we pass them on the street, we already have given our power to them. Our power of focus, the mental fruits of perception and discernment, all of it. It is like a mental cage that women control for their own security. Even if she doesn´t notice your existence, she sure can feel what being looked at feels like, and to her it is a drug.

I used to get p~~~ed off when women were taking time dawdling about taking up all the footpath, and I would repress this feeling by staying calm and focusing on their own femininity as an excuse. But nowadays I just try to get out of their way as quickly and effectively as possible.

Being p~~~ed off about it is a natural response to the stupidity of a situation when a public arterial right of way is clogged by swaths of two or three of these bags, moving as slowly as possible. Not only do these bags never display any traits of situational awareness – sometimes they step out of buildings, sometimes they stop suddenly to look at their phones – but they always manage to do this by stepping directly into your path.
