What do you guys do to make sure you never go back to the plantation. Temptation is everywhere nowadays and any of us could make the mistake of slipping up and back sliding into the abyss we left from. So my question is, what are some of the ways you all stop yourselves from going back to the plantation and resisting the urge to go looking for a mate.

I feel some of the younger guys need to know this information. So be as forthcoming as you can. You never know what may help someone.

For me , it has nothing to do with external conditions. This, imo, is the definition of true freedom.

Like I have said time to time, my reason to go MGTOW comes from within myself, NOT based on external conditions (i.e. women’s behaviour, divorce laws etc). Even if this world is a utopia, I live my life with FREEDOM. This pretty much eliminates all temptations to go to the plantation. I have never been there myself nor do I want to try it out. I can see it from a distance. I do, however, focus nearly all my time and energy on my passion in Electronics Engineering. A passion that I had since I was 5 years old.

If I see a “good looking” woman, I accept the fact that I am visually attracted to her (at that very moment in time and space), but at the same time I let the thought pass. Basically I use mindfulness to observe thoughts that come and go and do not act on them.When you practice mindfulness over and over, you start to see how temporary and fleeting everything is. Everything becomes so insignificant. There is no point trying to make things that are insignificant to become “significant”. Waste of energy.

All types of attachment causes suffering. Even if things appear to be “perfect”.

To all men out there, don’t go back to plantation. When women thought they had it all, you were treated like a disposable resource. Whether they extracted dick or money, they used you and they didn’t care. Only now when things aren’t going their way, will they beg for you to come back.

When times are tough, they ask for forgiveness and help. If times were back to being good for them, you will be back to just another resource. Just remember this.

1. My home is my sanctuary. I make sure it looks very manly and absolutely no one is going to change it. Since I have a strong mindset of protecting this space it keeps me away from inviting anyone into it other than as a guest. The thought of some woman changing any of it makes me cringe. Since I won’t leave it, and they are not welcome live there, that keeps me off the plantation.

What keeps me from going back to the plantation? I get a reminder monthly called child support and alimony! Oh and the loss of half my s~~~. Oh and twenty five years of my life. Oh, and I get to see my youngest every other weekend. Oh, did I mention the house and car I paid for that’s no longer mine?
